Efectele companiilor transnaţionale şi a investiţiilor străine directe asupra dezvoltării economice a Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Foreign direct investment and transnational companies help create new jobs, increase productivity, increase revenue and demand of population, economic efficiency and living standards of the population. Finally, what is very important for countries in transition, particularly for Republic of Moldova, serve as a source of direct foreign investment to renovate the country's production apparatus for the location of investment, as an efficient means to increase export competitiveness. The advantage of direct foreign investment and transnational companies is that they do not create external debt. On the contrary, they generate jobs increase; leading to the modernization of local production, contribute to the development of stable relations of economic cooperation with foreign partners of local firms.
