Asigurarea topo–geodezică a centrului comercial EVY MALL din municipiul Bălți

Abstract

Obiectivul principal al tezei este asigurarea topo-geodezică a lucrărilor de proiectare, trasare, execuție și verificarea finală a lucrărilor de construcție, a centrului comercial EVY MALL din municipiul Bălți. de asemenea identificarea și aplicarea metodelor corespunzătoare. Lucrarea este structurată în trei capitole cu un conținut de: 72 de pagini, 84 figuri, 11 tabele, 10 anexe care completează partea grafică a lucrării și indicate 21 surse bibliografice citate în procesul de informare și elaborarea tezei de studiu. În partea introductivă se stipulează scopul, sarcinile și obiectivele care au fost stabilite pentru elaborarea acestei teze. Capitolul 1, ,,Aspecte generale la trasarea construcțiilor inginerești” descrie etapele esențiale ale lucrărilor de trasare a construcțiilor inginerești. Conține informații despre fundamentele lucrărilor topo-geodezice, baza geodezică și sistemele de referință utilizate în Republica Moldova. Descrise principiile de amplasare și trasarea axelor principale ale clădirilor. Capitolul 2, ,,Echipamente, materiale și metode în executarea lucrărilor topo-inginerești” cuprinde informații despre softul de specialitate GeoniCS utilizate în prelucrarea datelor obținute în teren. De asemenea sunt descrise instrumentele utilizate în procesul de lucru: stația totală Leica TCRP 1201, Receptorul GNSS Trimble R12i. Capitolul 3, ,,Asigurarea topo-geodezică a centrului comercial EVY MALL din municipiul Bălți”, prezintă studiul de caz, procesul de colectare a materialelor necesare proiectării și trasării construcțiilor și rețelelor inginerești. Dezvoltă etapele lucrărilor topografice, procesarea datelor pentru modelarea digitală a situației, elaborarea actelor de trasare și planurilor topografice de execuție prin intermediul softurilor de specialitate, precum și recepția finală a lucrărilor executate pentru darea în exploatare a centrului comercial EVY MALL din municipiul Bălți. Concluzie reflectă impresiile și deducerile privind studiul de caz, încadrându-le în contextul general al subiectului abordat în această lucrare, oobiectivele lucrării au fost atinse, informația deținută fiind veridică, cu posibilitatea de a fi întrebuințată și în alte practici de acest gen.

The main objective of this thesis is to provide comprehensive topographic and geodetic support for the design, setting-out, execution, and final verification of construction works related to the EVY MALL shopping center located in the municipality of Bălți, as well as to identify and apply appropriate surveying methods and technologies. The thesis is structured into three chapters and comprises: 72 pages, 84 figures, 11 tables, and 10 appendices that complement the graphical part of the paper, as well as 21 bibliographic sources cited during the documentation and development of the study thesis. The introductory section specifies the purpose, tasks, and objectives established for the elaboration of this thesis. Chapter 1, “General Aspects of Setting-Out Engineering Structures”, describes the essential stages of setting-out works for engineering constructions. It contains information on the fundamentals of topographic and geodetic works, the geodetic control network, and the reference systems used in the Republic of Moldova. The principles of positioning and setting out the main axes of buildings are also described. Chapter 2, “Equipment, Materials, and Methods for the Execution of Topographic Engineering Works”, includes information about the specialized GeoniCS software used for processing field-acquired data. It also describes the instruments used in the workflow: the Leica TCRP 1201 total station and the Trimble R12i GNSS receiver. Chapter 3, “Topo-geodetic assurance of the EVY MALL Shopping Center in Bălți Municipality”, presents the case study, the process of collecting the materials necessary for the design and setting-out of constructions and engineering networks. It develops the stages of topographic works, data processing for digital terrain and situation modeling, the preparation of setting-out documentation and as-built topographic plans using specialized software, as well as the final acceptance of the executed works for commissioning the EVY MALL shopping center in the municipality of Bălți. The conclusion reflects the findings and deductions of the case study, confirms that the objectives of the study were achieved, the information obtained being accurate and having the potential to be applied in other similar practical works.
