Abstract

The article addresses the energy problem which farm/peasant households face in the process of agricultural operations. There were suggested the technology and technical means of converting biomass residues into an alternative energy source. Also it was developed the technological scheme of biogas installation working on animal waste, and working formulas to calculate the constructive and technological parameters of the installation. It is estimated that the annual economic impact of a biogas installation will be 11360 … 22720 lei for the average farm/peasant household.
