dc.description.abstract The study explores the outcomes of curriculum modernization carried out within the SKILLS4FUTURE project at Cahul State University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu.” The research examined students’ perceptions of the redesigned courses that integrate STEAM principles within the Business and Administration program. Five disciplines were analyzed: Quality Management, Production Management, Human Resources Management, Innovation Management, and Foundations of Entrepreneurship. The investigation relied on a structured questionnaire addressing several dimensions of academic satisfaction, including course organization, teaching materials, practical components, and learning outcomes. The overall results indicate a consistently high degree of satisfaction, particularly with the inclusion of themes related to sustainability, innovation, and applied problem-solving. The evidence suggests that interdisciplinary and skills-oriented approaches contribute to stronger student engagement and a more relevant learning experience in the context of contemporary educational and labor market requirements. en_US
