| dc.description.abstract | Given the new realities of the judicial and social impact of the fight against corruption, an analysis exhaustive provisions on preventive measures would require perhaps more than ever, given the implications of these institutions with character constraint on personal freedom and safety person. Criminal liability is a form of legal liability that occurs in case of a violation of the social command imposed by the precept of the criminal legal norm. Addressing the question of the correlation between reasonable suspicion and criminal liability, the causal link between these two institutions emerges: in the process of elucidating the circumstances of the offense, identifying the active subject of the offense and restoring legal equity, the criminal investigative body focuses on the suspicion reasonable. | en_US |
