In the study, ram sperm from the Moldovan Karakul breed bred in the experimental section of the Scientific Institute of Biotechnology Practices in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. Ejaculates with a mobility of no less than 70% and a concentration of 2.0 billion/ml were admitted for processing. For dilution, GTJ, STJ and STJ+ dilution media were used, in which the biologically active preparation extracted from cyanobacteria
at the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology of the Technical University of Moldova was introduced as an additional component. After resuscitation, the mobility, rectilinear movements of the spermatozoa, acrosome integrity were studied. The experimental results showed that the STJ+ dilution medium in which the biologically active preparation extracted from the cyanobacteria was introduced gave the possibility to obtain after thawing the mobility of 49.2+1.7, spermatozoa with rectilinear movements VAP – 105.5+2 ,7, VSL-91.5+4.5, VCL-170.7+8.5, sperm abnormalities -14.5%, acrosome integrity 24.4+0.4 compared to the other GTS and STJ dilution media, which gave us the possibility to recommend for the cryopreservation of ram sperm the STJ+ medium in which the biologically active preparation was introduced as an additional component in a concentration of 0.4-0.7% for the cryopreservation of ram sperm.

The role of the biologically active preparation in optimizing spermatogenesis in breeding boars

The role of the biologically active preparation in optimizing spermatogenesis in breeding boars
CIBOTARU, Elena; DARIE, Grigore; DJENJERA, Irina; ROTARI, S.
The study aimed to evaluate the role of a complex biologically active preparation in optimizing spermatogenesis in breeding boars. The results showed an increase in ejaculate volume in the experimental group (202.5 ± 29.5 ml compared to 168.0 ± 8.5 ml in the control group), as well as an improvement in the qualitative parameters of the semen. Specifically, the percentage of motile spermatozoa increased to 92.4 ± 0.4% compared to 92.0 ± 0.4% in the control group. Additionally, a significant increase in the percentage of progressively motile spermatozoa was observed (72.3 ± 2.8% in the experimental group versus 65.3 ± 2.9% in the control group). Furthermore, the proportion of morphologically normal spermatozoa was higher in the experimental group (78.3 ± 2.9%) than in the
control group (69.8 ± 3.4%). Thus, the administration of the complex biologically active preparation optimized the spermatogenesis process in breeding boars by increasing ejaculate volume and improving qualitative parameters (motility, progressive motility, and normal morphology), indicating its potential benefit in supporting reproductive capacity.

Aceste noi remedii cu acțiune fungicidă fungus and their efficience was prooved depending on the doses applied and the severity of the disease compared to the standart control. Camporo 25 EC și Custodia 320 SC, Cizaro ES fungicides are recomended as efficient chemical products in the integrated protection system to wheat grain. Frecvenţa şi intesitatea atacului, anii 2022-2023, au fost în valori de 10-45 %, în impact cu factorii de mediu, iar eficiența biologică a tratamentelor pe sole de testare al noilor remedii în calitate de fungicid au fost de 90-93 %, la nivelul variantei etalon comparativ pe variante și doze aplicate.; Wheat plants are subject to the impact of a complex of pathogenic agents, which include over ten species of diverse etiological and pathological nature, as key objects of economic importance, that annually cause serious damage, such as: Ustilago tritici; Tilletia caries; T. foetida; Puccinia recondita; P. glumarum; P. graminis; Erysiphe graminis; Fusarium 254 graminearum; Septoria tritici, S. graminum; Helminthosporium triticirepentis. The fungicidal remedies Camporo 25 EC, Custodia 320 SC and Sizaro ES fungicides have been tested against the diseases detected in winter wheat plantations. The efficiency of these new remedies with antifungal action was proved depending on the doses applied and the severity of the disease, as compared with the standard control. Camporo 25 EC and Custodia 320 SC, Cizaro ES fungicides are recommended as efficient chemical products in the integrated protection system of winter wheat. The frequency and intensity of the attack of pathogens, in 2022-2023, ranged between 10 and 45%, depending on environmental factors, and the biological efficiency of the new remedies tested on experimental plots as fungicides was 90-93%, at the level of the standard variant, comparing the variants and doses applied.

Research on ram sperm freezing
CIBOTARU, Elena; BRADU, Nina; ROTARI, Doina; DARIE, Grigore; DJENJERA, Irina
The aim of the research was to perfect the ram sperm freezing protocols and develop the dilution medium for cryopreservation. The research was carried out on ram sperm, collected with the help of the artificial vagina. Ejaculates with a mobility of no less than 70% and a concentration of spermatozoa in the ejaculate of 2.5 billion/ml were taken for processing. Dilution medium consisting of sucrose, sodium citrate and egg yolk was used to dilute the semen. As an additional component in the composition of the environment, the preparation MP was introduced in a concentration from 0.1 to 1.0%/v. Post-thaw motility, spermatozoa with rectilinear movements, spermatozoa abnormalities, and spermatozoa with damaged acrosome were assessed. The results of the research demonstrated that the introduction in the dilution medium of the MP preparation in a concentration of 0.5-0.7% as an additional component allowed the mobility to be maintained at the level of 57% and the number of spermatozoa with rectilinear movements of 26-27 % after thawing, or 3.8% higher compared to the control group after thawing, it also allowed to decrease the percentage of spermatozoa with abnormalities by 2.9% and spermatozoa with damaged acrosome by 2%.
