Целью научно-исследовательской работы было изучение воздействия местного, биологически активного препарата ZooBioR, во внедренческом опыте на организм и продуктивные качества перепелов. Задачи исследования: 1. Изучить влияние препарата ZooBioR на здоровье перепелов, а также переносимость (толерантность) данного средства птицами; 2. Изучить влияние препарата ZooBioR на основные клинические показатели (температура тела и число дыхательных движении), включительно и у интактных перепелов на протяжении всего опыта. 3. Определить влияние препарата ZooBioR на биомаркенные показатели белкового обмена в мышечной ткани перепелов при интенсивном использовании, в производственных условиях. 4. Выявить влияние препарата ZooBioR на динамику живой массы, взрослых перепелов на протяжении всего опыта. Научная новизна и оригинальность. Впервые предоставлена характеристика влияния препарата ZooBioR на белковый обмен в мышечной ткани перепелов, в производственных условиях во внедренческом опыте. Выявлено при этом положительное влияние тестируемого препарата в производственных условиях на белковый обмен в мышечной ткани и мясную продуктивность во внедренческом эксперименте. Теоретическая значимость работы. Полученные результаты во внедренческом опыте обогащают информацию относительно белкового обмена в мышечной ткани перепелов в целом, а также влияние на данный обмен биологических средств, в частности безвредного препарата – ZooBioR. Практическая значимость. Подтверждена доза и режим применения биопрепарата ZooBioR перепелам во внедренческом опыте, который был проведен в производственных условиях.; The purpose of the research: The purpose of the scientific research was to study the effect of the indigenous, biologically active drug, ZooBioR, in an implementation experiment, on the animal body and the productive qualities of quails. Research objective: 1. Studying the effect of ZooBioR on quail health and their tolerance; 2. Studying the effect of ZooBioR on key clinical parameters (body temperature and respiratory rate), including in intact quails, throughout the experiment. 3. Determining the effect of ZooBioR on biomarker parameters of protein metabolism in muscle tissue of quails during intensive use in production conditions. 4. Determining the effect of ZooBioR on the dynamics of live weight in adult quails throughout the experiment. Scientific novelty and originality. This is the first study to characterize the effect of ZooBioR on protein metabolism in quail muscle tissue, under production conditions, in a pilot study. A positive effect of the tested product on protein metabolism in muscle tissue and meat productivity was demonstrated in a pilot study. Theoretical significance of the study. The results obtained in the implementation study enrich our knowledge regarding protein metabolism in quail muscle tissue in general, as well as the impact of biological agents, in particular the harmless drug ZooBioR, on this metabolism. Practical significance. Obiectivele investigaţiilor: Cercetarea literaturii de specialitate cu referire avicultură în Israil, la metabolismullipidic, cât și acțiunea compușilor biologic activi asupra organismului animal, și înspecial asupra metabolismului lipidic și potențialului productiv; Efectele produselor biologic active asupra metabolismului lipidic, la animale, și înspecial la păsări; Investigarea într-un studiu de implementare, petrecut în condiții de fermă avicolă aacțiunii preparatului bioactiv ZooBioR asupra indiciilor biomarcher aimetabolismului lipidic în serul sanguin la prepelițe ouătoare; Stabilirea în dinamică a indicatorilor biomarcher ai metabolismului lipidic laprepelițele ouătoare intacte, fără produsul investigat, ZooBioR crescute în condițiifiziologice de exploatație zootehnică. Noutatea şi originalitatea ştiinţifică a lucrării: Într-un studiu de implementare s-a administrat remediul ZooBioR prepeliţelor exploatate pentru ouă și carne, produs care a fost bine tolerat de aceate păsări la nivel clinic și metabolic. Concomitent, s-au dozat parametrii marcheri ai metabolismului lipidic în serul sanguin la păsările intacte și care a fost suplimentată hrana cu produsul luat în studiu. Cercetara s-a realizat în condiţii fiziologice, de fermă avicolă, cu prezența și a lotului martor. Valoarea practică a lucrării. Rezultatele studiului efectuat au confirmat ipotezele cu referire la inofensivitatea produsului ZooBioR, cât și impactul benefic asupra metabolismului, în special lipidic la prepelițele adulte. Totodată, în acest studiu de implementare s-a confirmat impactul benefic al prodului inofensiv ZooBioR implement a potențialului productiv, în special asupra producției de ouă la prepelițe.; The purpose of the work: Investigation of the action of the ZooBioR product on biomarker indicators of lipid metabolism in laying quails, in an implementation study conducted under physiological poultry farm conditions, confirmation of the health and productivity strengthening procedure and the optimal dose of ZooBioR administration to laying quails. Investigation objectives: Research of specialized literature with reference to poultry farming in Israel, to lipidmetabolism, as well as the action of biologically active compounds on the animal body,and especially on lipid metabolism and productive potential; Effects of biologically active products on lipid metabolism, in animals, and especially inbirds; Investigation in an implementation study, conducted in poultry farm conditions, of theaction of the bioactive preparation ZooBioR on biomarker indices of lipid metabolism inblood serum in laying quails; Establishing in dynamics the biomarker indicators of lipid metabolism in intact layingquails, without the investigated product ZooBioR, raised in physiological conditions ofzootechnical exploitation. The novelty and scientific originality of the work: In an implementation study, the ZooBioR remedy was administered to quails exploited for eggs and meat, a product that was well tolerated by these birds at a clinical and metabolic level. At the same time, marker parameters of lipid metabolism in the blood serum were dosed in intact birds and the feed was supplemented with the product under study. The research was carried out under physiological conditions, on a poultry farm, with the presence of a control group. Practical value of the work. The results of the study confirmed the hypotheses regarding the harmlessness of the ZooBioR product, as well as the beneficial impact on metabolism, especially lipid metabolism, in adult quails. At the same time, this implementation study confirmed the beneficial impact of the harmless ZooBioR product on the productive potential, especially on egg production in quails. Obiectivele principale: • Studierea particularităților biologice, epidemiologice și patogenetice ale trichostrongilidelor gastrointestinale la ovine; • Evaluarea metodelor coproparazitologice utilizate pentru diagnosticul infestațiilor helmintice; • Determinarea prevalenței și intensității invaziilor cu trichostrongilide la ovine din diferite sisteme de întreținere; • Evaluarea eficienței preparatelor antihelmintice utilizate în tratamentul infestațiilor; • Identificarea factorilor implicați în dezvoltarea rezistenței antihelmintice; • Elaborarea recomandărilor privind prevenirea și controlul helmintozelor gastrointestinale la ovine. Lucrarea reprezintă un studiu complex privind trichostrongilidele gastrointestinale la ovine, incluzând aspecte clinice, epidemiologice și terapeutice. Cercetările au fost efectuate în Republica Moldova și comparativ într-o fermă de ovine din Israel. Au fost utilizate metode coproparazitologice precum Willis, Darling și McMaster pentru identificarea și evaluarea gradului de infestare. Rezultatele obținute demonstrează importanța monitorizării parazitologice periodice și a utilizării raționale a preparatelor antihelmintice pentru reducerea pierderilor economice și îmbunătățirea stării de sănătate a efectivelor de ovine.; Aim of the research: To evaluate the prevalence of gastrointestinal trichostrongylid infections in sheep, to apply modern coproparasitological diagnostic methods, and to assess the efficacy of anthelmintic treatments used in the control of helminth infections in sheep. Main objectives: • To study the biological, epidemiological, and pathogenic characteristics of gastrointestinal trichostrongylids in sheep; • To evaluate coproparasitological methods used for the diagnosis of helminth infections; • To determine the prevalence and intensity of trichostrongylid infestations in sheep from different management systems; • To assess the efficacy of anthelmintic drugs used in treatment; • To identify factors involved in the development of anthelmintic resistance; • To formulate recommendations for the prevention of gastrointestinal helminthiasis in sheep. The thesis presents a complex study on gastrointestinal trichostrongylids in sheep, including clinical, epidemiological, and therapeutic aspects. The research was conducted in the Republic of Moldova and comparatively on a sheep farm in Israel. Coproparasitological methods such as Willis, Darling, and McMaster techniques were used for parasite detection and evaluation of infestation intensity. The obtained results emphasize the importance of regular parasitological monitoring and the rational use of anthelmintic treatments in reducing economic losses and improving the health status of sheep flocks. Objectives of the study: - Necropsy of sheep carcasses; - Determination and description of macroscopic changes in the livers of sheep infected with fasciolae according to the stage of the disease. - Selection and collection of pathological material for microscopic examination of anatomopathological changes in the liver. - Determination of microscopic changes in the liver depending on the stage of fasciolosis. The thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters: literature review, main body, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography, and 11 subchapters. The main text comprises 45 pages, with 3 tables and 37 figures.; Scopul studiului întreprins s-a bazat pe identificarea gradului de severitate a modificărilor morfopatologice macroscopice în ficatul ovinelor infectate cu fasciole la ferma de oi supuse studiului, colectare de probe de ficat de la oninele invadate și ca urmare al efectuării preparatelor histologice, determinarea modificările microscopice în funcție de forma evolutivă a bolii parazitare.
