Chișinău NOUR, Cristina Scopul lucrării constă în analiza modului de organizare și administrare a execuției proiectului „Buncăr Radioterapeutic”, prin aplicarea instrumentelor și principiilor managementului de proiect în construcții. Scopul vizează alegerea cea mai optimă a proceselor de lucru și etapelor de execuție. Rezultatele obținute evidențiază particularitățile execuției unui buncăr radioterapeutic, caracterizat prin cerințe stricte privind calitatea betonului de protecție, coordonarea interdisciplinară și controlul permanent al proceselor de execuție. Au fost analizate soluții privind organizarea eficientă a șantierului, distribuirea resurselor umane estimate la 42 917,56 ore-om, optimizarea utilizării utilajelor și prevenirea riscurilor tehnice precum apariția golurilor în beton sau segregarea betonului baritat. Studiul confirmă că aplicarea unui management riguros contribuie la realizarea unui obiectiv sigur, durabil și conform cerințelor funcționale ale sistemului medical.; The aim of the paper is to analyze the organization and management process of the execution of the “Radiotherapy Bunker” project, by applying construction project management tools and principles. The objective focuses on selecting the most optimal working processes and execution stages. The obtained results highlight the specific features of the execution of a radiotherapy bunker, characterized by strict requirements regarding the quality of protective concrete, interdisciplinary coordination, and continuous control of execution processes. Solutions regarding efficient site organization, allocation of human resources estimated at 42,917.56 man-hours, optimization of equipment usage, and prevention of technical risks such as voids in concrete or segregation of baryte concrete were analyzed. The study confirms that the application of rigorous management contributes to the realization of a safe, durable structure that complies with the functional requirements of the medical system. Durlești. Totodată, lucrarea urmărește evaluarea influenței materialelor locale asupra costurilor de execuție și exploatare ale construcției, precum și analiza organizării procesului de execuție a lucrărilor. În urma cercetării efectuate s-a constatat că utilizarea materialelor locale contribuie la reducerea costurilor de transport și la optimizarea cheltuielilor totale de construcție. Analiza termoenergetică a demonstrat că materialele utilizate, în combinație cu sisteme moderne de termoizolare, permit obținerea unor valori reduse ale transmitanței termice și reducerea pierderilor de căldură prin elementele de anvelopă. Rezultatele lucrării confirmă faptul că utilizarea materialelor locale, împreună cu aplicarea soluțiilor constructive eficiente energetic și a unui management corespunzător al execuției, contribuie la realizarea unor construcții durabile și adaptate condițiilor economice și climatice ale Republicii Moldova.; The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the impact of local materials on the energy efficiency of buildings by studying their thermal insulation properties, analyzing the applicable regulatory framework, and applying the obtained results in a case study regarding an individual house of the basement + ground floor + attic type located in the city of Durlești. At the same time, the thesis aims to evaluate the influence of local materials on the execution and operating costs of the construction, as well as to analyze the organization of the construction execution process. Following the conducted research, it was found that the use of local materials contributes to reducing transportation costs and optimizing the total construction expenses. The thermo-energetic analysis demonstrated that the materials used, combined with modern thermal insulation systems, allow the achievement of low thermal transmittance values and the reduction of heat losses through the building envelope elements The results of the thesis confirm that the use of local materials, together with the application of energy-efficient constructive solutions and proper execution management, contributes to the realization of durable buildings adapted to the economic and climatic conditions of the Republic of Moldova. Prin aplicarea unei tehnologii de demolare controlate, prin sortarea materialelor și prin organizarea corectă a lucrărilor, procesul devine mai sigur, mai eficient și mai apropiat de principiile dezvoltării durabile.; As a result of the research, it can be concluded that the recycling of materials resulting from building demolition contributes to reducing environmental impact, decreasing the amount of waste sent to disposal and using resources more rationally. By applying a controlled demolition technology, sorting materials and organizing the works correctly, the process becomes safer, more efficient and closer to the principles of sustainable development. The general objectives of the thesis are studying the theory regarding project management and feasibility study, analyzing the technical and functional characteristics of the proposed commercial objectives, determining the necessity of materials, equipment, and human resources for the execution of works, organizing the supply process and planning construction works, elaborating and analyzing cost estimates and evaluating the economic efficiency of the investment.
