One of the main stages of beekeeping is stimulating the early develop-ment of bee colonies in the spring. Of particular relevance is the search for new bioregu-lators that can stimulate the development and increase the productivity of bee colonies. The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of the CobalStev biostimulator admin-istered in bee food on the growth, development and productivity of bee families. It was revealed that the optimal dose of CobalStev biostimulator in bee feed, in the spring period, in the absence of maintenance honey collection, is 2.0 ml/L of sugar syrup. The use of the method of feeding bees in the spring period in the absence of maintenance honey collection, when the reserves in the nest are reduced, with a mixture of sugar syrup 1:1 in the amount of 1.0 L of the mixture for a family of bees, over every 7 days, starting in April until the main harvest, increases the strength of bee colonies by 7.34%, the number of hatched broods by 16.81% and honey production by 9.77%.

The importance in intensifyin g the reproduction of pigs, increasing the fertility of the broodstock, as in any industry, is associated with the breeding of pigs, and the reproduction of the herd plays the main role in increasing the profitability of pig breeding. The object of the study were hybrid Landrace-Large White sows. The purpose of our research was to test a method for increasing the reproductive function and productivity of pigs using a new drug obtained from beer production waste. It was found, that feeding sows a biologically active drug (MP-MB) 30 days before farrowing and within 30 days after farrowing in the amount of 5, 10, 15 and 20 ml per head per day has a significant effect on the average daily gain in live weight of piglets, contributes to a decrease in the number of stillborn piglets, an increase in live ones per farrow and the safety of piglets at 2 months of age.

The purpose of this review is to challenge different points of view and counter arguments that using laboratory animals is the best way to research new drugs and other consumer products. Laboratory animals occupy a unique place in biomedical research and this knowledge can be applied to humans. Typically, the tests meet in accordance with the country's legal regulations and are "the last safety tests done before a drug is administered to people for mass testing." Here we review current understanding, the causes and consequences of experimentation, and the seriousness of any procedure involving animals.

The aim of the research was to study the influence of biologically active preparations, extracted from Spirulina platensis (BioR) on the quantitative and qualitative indices of the usual spermogram in boars. The biological studied material was the Landrace boars and the semen material taken from them, raised at M. S. Moldsuinhibrid, Orhei, Republic of Moldova. The experiments were carried out between July and August, the months with hot temperatures. The boars were administered BioR preparation intramuscularly 0.3 ml / 100 kg live mass for 5 and 10 days, the preparation being produced at the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology of the Republic of Moldova. The sperm indices were studied before administration and 50 days after cessation of administration. The results showed that the mobility of sperm after 5 days of administration was 90%, after 10 days - 91%, compared to the control group where the mobility was 82% lower; the volume of ejaculate was 213 ml after 5 days and 229 ml after 10 days of administration of the preparation or by 25 ml and 41 ml, compared to the control group, and the fecundity increased by 3.29% and 4.57% compared to the control group where this index was only 75.83% (80.4% when the BioR preparation was administered for 10 days, and it was 79.12% after 5 days of administration).
