The studies were conducted at the state enterprise “Moldsuinhibrid” (Republic Moldova) in 2011 using piglets of Landrace breed. The animals selected for the experiment on the basis of analogues (including origin, age, body weight and health status) were divided into four groups of 10 animals each. The basic diet for the piglets in the experimental groups was supplemented with the adsorbent Primix-Alfasorb at the level of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 kg per ton of mixed fodder. It was established that the addition of the adsorbent Primix-Alfasorb in the mixed fodder had contributed to the increase in body weight in different age periods; to the end of the trial the live weight of the piglets in groups EG1, EG2 and EG3 was higher by 8.72, 5.83, and 7.93 % compared with the control group. The analysis of the blood of the experimental animals the diet of which was supplemented with the adsorbent Primix Alfasorb, showed that all parameters were within the physiological norm, and the increase in the amount of total protein indicated a strengthening of the metabolic processes in the animals. It was determined that the optimum level of the addition of the adsorbent Primix-Alfasorb in the mixed fodder for piglets was of 0.2 kg/t.

The research was performed during the period 18.03.09 to 10.05.09 at the enterprise “Moldsuinghibrid”. The aim of the experiment was to study the effectiveness of the utilization of the probiotic Biomin IMBO supplement at different levels, using the indices of weight growth and substance exchange in young pigs. The obtained data showed that the addition of preparation Biomin IMBO to the mixed fodders for young pigs at the level of 1.0 - 2.0 kg/t did not lead to an increased body weight (the experimental lots compared with the control lot); it also showed that the fodder consumption decreased and that it was eaten better.

The studies were performed using breeding young pigs in the conditions of the enterprise “Moldsuingibrid” specialized in pig selection and hybridization. To carry out the scientific and economic trial on the principle of analogy, taking into account the breed, age, sex, body weight, and growth energy, 40 breeding pigs were selected, which were then divided into four groups (LCcontrol and LE1, LE2, LE3-experimental groups). The aim of the trial was to study the effectiveness of the introduction into the main piglets feed of additives with different levels of the Mycofix+ preparate (1.0, 1.5, 2.0 kg/t). It was found out that the addition of the Micofix+ to the mixed fodder for growing pigs had, in general, a positive effect on the dynamics of the live weight of the piglets. Nevertheless the more effective was the level of introduction of 1.5 kg/t. It was also revealed, that under the influence of Micofix+ the cost of the feed intake on live weight gain of piglets decreased.

The investigations were carried out using breeding pigs of Landrace breed in the conditions of the enterprise “Moldsuingibrid” specialising in pig selection and hybridizationn in the period October-November 2010. The aim of the investigation was to study the effectiveness of the influence of the drug Mykofiks+ (introduced in the main fodder at the level of 0.1, 1.5 and 2.0 g/t) on the digestibility of the nutrients in the forages for breeding piglets. The obtained research data showed that the addition of the drug Mikofiks at the level of 0.1 and 1.5 kg / t in the fodder for breeding piglets in EG2 and EG3 increased the digestibility of the nutrients respectively: protein by 7.11% and by 0.90%, fat by 7.40% and by 5.63%, fibber by 19.81 and by 11.66%, compared with the control group, and had a beneficial effect on the young pigs’ growth.
