<description>Lactococcus lactis - an important probiotic of a healthy digestive system
GOLBAN, Rita
The scientific investigations revealed in this investigation has the purpose the identification of the microbial culture of Lactococcus lactis, considered as a probiotic in the aspects of consumption different milk products as well as the mechanisms of action of probiotics. There were realized bacterioscopic and bacteriological researches by performing microbial preparations and passages on culture media, using different simple and complex methods of investigation, in order to determine the presence and diversity of the saprophytes and pathogens microorganisms. Simultaneously, there were evaluated the aspects of development the culture of Lactococcus lactis on simple and complex identification mediums, the morphology of microorganisms on images natively visualized smears and microbial colonies. It is revealed the importance of this microorganism on the beneficial effects of the human and animal body, representing one of the most important microorganisms from the milk industry, being considered as a probiotic which expresses the balancing of the intestinal flora. In this aspect was proved, that bacteria Lactococcus lactis represents not only the safest and free of risks probiotic which helps the digestion, but also the simplest and natural solution to maintain the health and increase the longevity.

<description>The assessment of the quality of dairy products by identifying the bacterial microflora
GOLBAN, Rita; GOLBAN, Artur
The scientific researches reflected in this study aimed to investigate and assess the quality of dairy products by performing the stages of isolation and identification of bacterial microflora to determine their specific affiliation. The recorded results of the potentially pathogenic microflora in raw milk, pasteurized and dairy products were evaluated, determining the importance of the quality of these dairy products according to microbiological indicators and microbial species L.acidophilus, Bifidobacterium which exerts its action through the mechanism of lactic fermentation and contributes to products revealing a significant number of microbial cells. The research results determined a normal potentially pathogenic and lactic bacterial microflora, resulting from the qualitative research aspects of these food products. The performed researches allows us to deduce that food products, milk and dairy products sold in the chain of stores are qualitative and meet the marketing requirements. It shows interest in the role of the beneficial lactic bacterial microflora in the body and signifies the importance of its activity by maintaining the quality of these food products.;

<description>Evolution of milk production in Republic of Moldova and the role of quality management in increasing the competitiveness of milk processing companies
GOLBAN, Artur; GOLBAN, Rita
Achieving the success in business, in conditions of hard competition from the local and international enterprises is connected with the notion of competitiveness. To be competitive in modern society, means to obtain a sustainable advantage compared to competitors by higher productivity and on this basis, regarding the cost, diversity, quality and permanently renewing the offer of products, thus ensuring higher profits of the organization. As we mentioned, the quality, is one of the elements, which takes a special place in ensuring the competitiveness of a product, together with other important factors as the price and the managerial system. The quality of a product determines the level of competitiveness of this product. In this scientific research is analyzed the quality management as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of milk production from the Republic of Moldova. The production of milk represents one of the most important sectors from the agriculture of the Republic of Moldova, which is mainly in households, where it is produced more than 95% from the total volume of milk. In agricultural enerprises is produced approximately two percent from the total volume of milk. The basic purposes of this investigation is: to analyze the evolution of milk production in Republic of Moldova; to highlight the role of the quality management in increasing the competitiveness of milk production; to describe the quality factors and their role in increasing the competitiveness of milk production.

Vipers bred in captivity for economic benefits or recreational request, primarily, strict conditions for microclimate. Its disruption in accommodation spaces can enable opportunistic pathogens, with major consequences. One such episode occurred in a farm of vipers in Iasi, with a reduced livestock of vipers that survived in conditions apparently own for their growth and development. All pregnant vipers and youth from livestock initially had breathing problems. The livestock held 20 adult vipers of which 10 (50%) were pregnant. Of these, five vipers had a general state of advanced disease. It disposed their slaughter in order to establish a diagnosis. On necropsy examination, all pregnant females had in the embryo sac and in different proportions, dead young, young stopped from embryonic development and rarely live young. Samples were taken from the living and dead embryos, and from organs. Following microbiological examination was isolated in pure culture and identified on the basis of cultural, morphological, biochemical and pathogenicity, Enterobacter cloaceae species. Sensitivity to variations in microclimates and decreased immunity to pregnant vipers allowed multiplication and action of Enterobacter cloaceae species, an opportunistic pathogen responsible for various infections in reptiles, fish and numerous mammals.
