In lucrare sunt analizate utilajele, sculele si metodele de prelucrare a suprafetelor complexe de forma libera. Sunt analizate principiile si metodele de generare a traseelor frezelor pentru conditiile 3 si 5 axe in conformitate cu conceptul prelucrarilor la viteze mari. Se arata ca elaborarile recente a sistemelor CAM sunt pe masura sa asigure formarea suprafetelor libere la precizie inalta si cu o rugozitate mica.; In the paper, the machines, tools and methods of machinig of the complex free-form surfaces are analyzed. The principles and methods of generating milling paths for 3 and 5 axis conditions are analyzed in accordance with the concept of high speed machining. It is shown that the recent developments of CAM systems are able to ensure the formation of free surfaces with high precision and with a low roughness.

Dezvoltarea produselor industriale si, in special, a caroseriilor de automobil este orientata spre asigurarea structurilor portante coespunzatoare rezistentei egale si micsorarii greutatii. Aceste deziderate pot fi atinse prin utilizarea diferitelor materiale ce dispun de diferite niveluri de rezistenta specifica si care trebuie reunite in structuri integre prin sudare. Sudarea diferitelor materiale este soldata cu procese fizico-tehnice complexe, care limiteaza spectrul de solutii tehnologice. Dintre metodele de sudare cea mai importanta si de perspectiva este sudarea cu fascicol laser. Sunt analizate conditiile parametrice ale sudarii cu laser a unei serii de cupluri de materiale metalice.; The development of industrial products and, in particular, of car bodies is oriented towards ensuring load-bearing structures with equal resistance and weight reduction. These desired can be achieved by using different materials that have different levels of specific resistance and that must be joined in integral structures by welding. The welding of different materials involves complex physical-technical processes, which limit the spectrum of technological solutions. Among the welding methods, the most important and promising one is laser beam welding. The parametric conditions of the laser welding of a series of couples of metallic materials are analyzed.

In lucrare a fost realizată o analiză bibliografică, s-a prezentat divizia manufacturing Intelligence a Hexagon. A fost realizată informația despre Sistem ScanArm, Quantum Max, Absolute Scanner AS1, Scaner HandySCAN BLACK. Prezentate exemple de evaluare a preciziei geometrice a unui CNC cu 5 axe. Monitorizarea preciziei mașini-unele CNC. Analiza preciziei mașinii de frezat CNC. Lucrarea s-a finalizat cu concluzii.; In the paper, a bibliographic analysis was carried out, the Manufacturing Intelligence division of Hexagon was presented. The information about ScanArm System, Quantum Max, Absolute Scanner AS1, Scanner HandySCAN BLACK was made. Examples of evaluating the geometric precision of a 5-axis CNC are presented. Monitoring the precision of CNC machines. CNC Milling Machine Accuracy Analysis. The work was completed with conclusions.

In lucrare este analizat procesul de prelucrare prin WEDM și de asigurare a calități la fabricarea suprafețelor cu profil complex. Implementarea procesului pentru producție de unicate și producția de serie în depinde de repetabilitatea proprietăților de rugozitate a suprafețelor ale pieselor. Trebuie efectuate cercetări practice de capacitate atât a procesului WEDN cat si a utilajului WEDM pentru un răspuns adecvat beneficiarilor industriali.&#13;

Prin tehnici de proiectare parametrică a fost definită o familie de parametri ce se potrivesc diferitelor mașini pentru WEDM și pentru a satisface nevoile mai multor clienți. Performanța proceselor WEDM poate fi cu succes stabilită prin testarea criteriilor: posibilitatea de generare a formei piesei, precizia, rugozitatea, distorsionări, rezistenta mecanica etc.; The paper analyzes the process of WEDM processing and quality assurance in the manufacture of surfaces with a complex profile. The implementation of the process for one-of-a-kind production and series production depends on the repeatability of the surface roughness properties of the parts. Practical capacity studies of both the WEDN process and the WEDM machine must be carried out for an adequate response to the industrial beneficiaries.Through parametric design techniques, a family of parameters has been defined to suit different WEDM machines and to meet the needs of several customers. The performance of WEDM processes can be successfully established by testing the criteria: the possibility of generating the shape of the piece, precision, roughness, distortions, mechanical resistance, etc.
