Scopul tezei este de a studia cadrul legal iar problematica studiului este că procesul de alocare a terenurilor, transmiterea terenurilor proprietate publică și exproprierea terenurilor proprietate privată este de lungă durată. Iar nealocarea terenurilor la timp duce la pierderea investițiilor și/sau la tergiversarea executării lucrărilor de construcție şi reabilitarea a drumurilor.; This master's thesis represents an analysis of the laws and government decisions according to which the complex land allocation process is executed. The purpose of the thesis is to study the legal framework and the problem of the study is that the process of land allocation, transfer of public property and expropriation of private property is long-lasting. And the nonallocation of land in time leads to the loss of investments and/or to the delay in the execution of construction works and the rehabilitation of roads. Tot aici sunt descrise avantajele și dezavantajele lor. De asemenea, sunt descrise pricipiile de calcul a grinzilor, principiile precomprimării, precum și tehnologia de producere a grinzilor cu armare netensionată, pretensionată și post-tensionată. Lucrarea dată reflectă și un model de calcul a grinzilor din beton armat uzinate, cu o lungime de 24 m.; The Master Study describes the exploitation criteria of reinforced concrete beams, the primary composition of superstructures, as well as the difference between precast and in-situ reinforced concrete elements. Also, here are described the advantages and disadvantages. The calculation principles of beams, the principles of prestressing, as well as the technology of producing beams with non-tensioned, pre-tensioned and post-tensioned reinforcement are also described. The given work also reflects a calculation model of precast reinforced concrete beams with a length of 24 m.
