VLASOV, Roman Domeniul de studiu îl constituie softurile pentru gestionarea transportul rutier de mărfuri în SUA. Metoda de cercetare abordată în teză este observaţională și a experimentului, la baza cărora a stat observaţia și nemijlocit participarea la întregul proces de prelucrare a informației despre încărcăturile transportate. Activînd ca în calitate de manager la această companie am sesizat o serie de aspecte ce pot fi optimizate. Obiectivul principal al tezei este optimizarea proceselor de afaceri ai companiei Hermes Gefyra S.R.L. și Hermes NVC corp. prin analiza și selectarea a unui soft ce poate să integreze în sine capacitățile a tuturor programelor ce se utilizează în prezent. Mărirea productivității și micșorarea cheltuielilor este scopul pe care se poate de atins prin implimentarea unui soft de tip TMS. Valoarea teoretică a tezei o reprezintă furnizarea informației despre analiza și selectarea cel mai funcțional soft, la etapa actuală, pentru o companie de transport de mărfuri pe cale rutieră ce își îndeplinește activitatea în SUA. Valoarea practică a tezei este determinată de posibilitatea aplicării studiilor efectuate în practică, în vederea optimizării și măririi productivității a companiei de transport rutier. Baza pentru justificarea implimentării unui soft de acest gen, sunt calculele indicatorilor financiari și a resurselor umane.; The field of study is the softwares for trucking industry. The research method approached in this thesis is the observational and experimental research, based on the observation and participation in the entire process of information processing of de-livered loads. Working as a manager in this company I noticed a series of asptects that can be optimized. The main objective of the thesis is the optimization of the business processes through analyzing and selecting a software that can integrate the capabilities of all the programs currently in use of companies Hermes Gefyra S.R.L. and Hermes NVC Corp. Increasing productivity and reducing costs is the goal that can be achieved by implementing a TMS type software. The theoretical evaluation of the thesis is the providing the information about the analysis and selection of the most functional software, at the moment, for trucking industry in US. The practical value of the thesis is determined by the possibility of applying the studies carried out in practice, in order to optimize and increase the productivity of the road transportation com-pany. The calculations of financial indicators and human resources is a basis that can justify the implementation of a software of this kind. Studiu de caz: «Valvitrans-Expediție» SRL SEREDOVSCHI, Roman Prezenta teză de master abordează problematica complexă a îmbunătățirii eficienței exploatării flotei auto în transporturile rutiere internaționale de mărfuri, operate de întreprinderea de transport „Valvitrans-Expediție” SRL. Teza de master include trei compartimente de bază. În compartimentul analitic este analizat stadiul actual de dezvoltare a întreprinderii, inclusiv managementul întreprinderii, caracteristicile flotei auto și a indicatorilor economico-financiari și tehnici de exploatare, în final fiind formulate unele concluzii relevante vizând activitatea operațională a întreprinderii de transport. În compartimentul tehnologic este analizat sistemul ramural de indicatori de eficiență a exploatării flotei auto a intreprinderilor de transport rutier, fiind argumentată propunerea de implementare în activitatea întreprinderii de transport a aplicațiilor de managementul flotei auto, instrument inovativ eficient de gestiune a activității de producere. S-a propus implementarea în cadrul firmei a managementului relațiilor și programelor de fidelizare a clientelei. Pentru valorificarea rezervelor tehnologice în lucrare s-a exemplificat aplicarea metodei asocierii optime a curselor de transport internațional de mărfuri pentru îmbunătățirea eficienței exploatării flotei auto. Au fost elaborate unele aspecte de creștere a eficienței exploatării vehiculelor rutiere în baza evaluării performanței profesionale și motivației conducătorilor auto. Un alt aspect tehnologic care poate asigura exploatarea mai eficace a capacităților de transport este aplicarea mai frecventă și conștientizarea plenară a necesității aplicării tehnologiiclor inovative de unitizare a loturilor de mărfuri. În finalul tezei de master, în compartimentul economic, a fost determinnată eficiența economică a ciclului de transport internațional de mărfuri.; This master's thesis addresses the complex problem of improving the efficiency of the operation of the car fleet in the international road transport of goods, operated by the transport company "Valvitrans-Expediție" SRL. The master's thesis includes three basic sections. In the analytical compartment, the current state of development of the company is analyzed, including the management of the company, the characteristics of the car fleet and the economic-financial indicators and operating techniques, finally some relevant conclusions are formulated regarding the operational activity of the transport company. In the technological compartment, the branch system of efficiency indicators for the operation of the car fleet of road transport companies is analyzed, the proposal for the implementation in the activity of the transport company of car fleet management applications, an effective innovative tool for managing the production activity, is argued. The implementation of relationship management and customer loyalty programs within the company was proposed. In order to capitalize on the technological reserves, the application of the method of the optimal association of the international transport of goods to improve the efficiency of the exploitation of the car fleet was exemplified in the paper. Some aspects of increasing the efficiency of the operation of road vehicles were developed based on the evaluation of the professional performance and motivation of the drivers. Another technological aspect that can ensure more effective exploitation of transport capacities is the more frequent application and full awareness of the need to apply innovative technologies for the unitization of cargo lots. At the end of the master's thesis, in the economic section, the economic efficiency of the international freight transport cycle was determined. Metoda de cercetare utilizată în lucrare: un studiu observațional bazat pe analiza structurii actuale a sistemului Administrației Naționale a Penitenciarelor, specificul activităților de serviciu legate de transportul auto, tipurile mijloacelor de transport utilizate, numărul, frecvența și tipul misiunilor de serviciu executate. The method of research used in the thesis is an observational study, based on the analysis of the current structure of the National Administration of Penitentiaries system, the specifics of service activities related to car transport, the types of transport means used, the number, frequency and type of service missions performed. The main purpose of the thesis is to elaborate endowment norms with car transport of the National Administration of Penitentiaries. The theoretical significance of the thesis lies in offering a multi-level analysis model of the activity of the National Administration of Penitentiaries system through the lens of the current use of the vehicles in the endowment, of the needs in means of transport for the execution of the tasks assigned to the NAP and its subordinate subdivisions. The practical significance of the results of the study consists in the compliance of National Administration of Penitentiaries with the provisions of point 13, subsection 18 of Government Decision no. 437 of 15.05.2018 "on the organization and operation of the National Administration of Penitentiaries".
