Scopul tezei de master constă în perfecționarea electrotehnologiei de uscare a piersicilor cu aplicarea microundelor, pentru creșterea eficienței procesului, preponderent cu: creșterea vitezei deshidratării, reducerea duratei de tratare termică și reducerea consumului de enregie electrică. În baza cercetărilor efectuate în teza de master a fost sporită eficiența procesului de uscare a piersicilor prin aplicarea tratării cu microunde, preponderent cu: creșterea vitezei deshidratării, reducerea duratei de tratare termică și reducerea consumului de enregie electrică. Rezultatele obținute în teza de master sunt utile atît pentru Coperativa de Întreprinzător ,,FRUITMOL GROUP”, din s. Sireți, r. Strășeni, cît și pentru alte întreprinderi specializate din domeniul, pentru a crește eficiența în procesele de uscare a fructelot sîmburoase.; The aim of the master's thesis is to improve the electrotechnology of drying peaches with the application of microwaves, to increase the efficiency of the process, mainly with: increasing the speed of dehydration, reducing the duration of thermal treatment and reducing the consumption of electricity. Orhei; Evidențierea neajunsurilor și a problemelor caracteristice proceselor de păstrare a grâului; Analiza particularităților procesului de uscare a grâului și precăutarea soluțiilor de eficientizare a acestui proces; Propunerea spre implementare a electrotehnologiei de uscare a grâului cu aplicarea stratului fluidizat, pentru creșterea eficienței procesului; Evaluarea eficenței și performanțelor aplicării electrotehnologiei propuse pentru uscarea grâului. Metodologiа cercetărilor din teza de master. Au fost utilizаte: metodele de аnаliză, de sinteză; tehnicа de cаlcul cu soft-urile ,,Microsoft Excel“, ,,StаtGrаphics“, experimetul, metodele de procesare a datelor experimentale. Rezultatele principale obținute ale tezei de master și semnificația lor. A fost sporită eficiența procesului de uscare a grâului, prin aplicarea electrotehnologiei de uscare în strat fluidizat, în deosebi cu: creșterea vitezei deshidratării, reducerea duratei de tratare termică și reducerea consumului de enregie electrică. În prima parte a lucrării a fost efectuat un studiu asupra stării de alimentare cu energie electrică al instituțiilor medicale raionale în scopul eficientizării consumului de energie prin implementarea surselor led precum și a panourilor fotovoltaice. Toate acestea exprimînd necesitatea implementării în scopul sporirii eficienței energetice În a doua parte a lucrării au fost dimensionate sistemele de iluminat cu ajutorul programului Dialux și a fost executate cercetări experimentale asupra parametrilor fotometrici și energetici ale surselor LED disponibile pe piața din Republica Moldova. În ultima parte a lucrării în urma tuturor cercetărilor, a fost elaborată analiza economică a soluțiilor propuse pentru eficientizarea consumului de energie al instituțiilor medicale raionale.; Object of the study: Efficiency of electricity consumption of district medical institutions through the implementation of solar energy sources. In the first part of the work, a study was carried out on the state of electricity supply of district medical institutions in order to improve the efficiency of energy consumption by implementing LED sources as well as photovoltaic panels. All this expressing the need for implementation in order to increase energy efficiency. In the second part of the work, the lighting systems were dimensioned using the Dialux program and experimental research was carried out on the photometric and energy parameters of the LED sources available on the market in the Republic of Moldova. In the last part of the work, following all the research, the economic analysis of the proposed solutions for the efficiency of the energy consumption of the district medical institutions was elaborated.
