Managementul calității proiectului include atât procesul (managementul proiectului) cât și produsul (obiectivul de construcții). Fiecare proiect este influențat de cerințe specifice privind calitatea, costul și durata de execuție. Evident că satisfacerea concomitentă a acestor trei cerințe (reducerea costurilor și a duratei de execuție în paralel cu creșterea calității) este greu de realizat deoarece este posibilă doar în situația unor modificări tehnice sau organizatorice spectaculoase.; The aim of the thesis is to perceive the management and application of the construction quality system in the implementation of infrastructure projects. General objective of the paper: Project quality management includes the processes necessary to ensure that the project will meet the needs for which it was undertaken. Project quality management includes both the process (project management) and the product (construction objective). Each project is influenced by specific requirements regarding quality, cost and duration of execution. Obviously, the simultaneous satisfaction of these three requirements (reducing costs and execution time in parallel with increasing quality) is difficult to achieve because it is only possible in the case of spectacular technical or organizational changes.
