This article presents the results of study regarding role and importance of wood constructions within sustainable development and adjustment to climate change. Thanks to the fact that wood is renewable, resistant, lasting and with low energy consumption, nowadays it is in the spotlight as the only material which can be subject to innovation process in order to build constructions with planned features. Some actions undertook in various countries for advancement of wooden constructions are looked at, emphasising necessary measures to be undertaken in the field of education. Some measures directed towards development of construction sector in the Republic of Moldova are suggested as well as getting acquainted with complex benefits for the environment.

Aggressive factors acting on the structure of porous concrete, are alternately freezing and thawing, wetting and drying, carbonization of the material and its associated internal stresses in the products, the effect of a number of corrosive gases (hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, carbon dioxide), and others. Cellular concrete, subject to certain design requirements and comply with a set of rules in the process of construction and operation, has sufficient durability.

In the paper there are presented the specific requirements of the road vehicle’s engines in order to increase the comfort inside the habitat. The proper behavior during operation of a system dynamic requested consists in comparing of the behavior parameters with the reference values according to the normative bases. Both the nature and characteristics of dynamic processes define limit states for lasting behavior. The analyzed parameters in this paper are vibrations transmissibility, the degree of isolation and the system stability. For exemplification it was considered the calculation model elastic leaning rigid.

Vibration is one of the main causes for which a structure may suffer in various ways, the most serious being impairment the integrity and health of building occupants and its entirely destruction (or destroying it such that it can no longer serve the purpose for which was created).&#13;
In order to establish an optimal solution for isolating structures against vibrations is absolutely necessary to know as many of the causes that can lead to vibrations (in other words: you can cure a "disease" if you know the cause that produced it). The present work comes to meet those who want to start a study on isolation of harmful vibrations to buildings. Thereby it is attempted to achieve accurate classification of why can produce unwanted vibrations.
