ООО “Instacon” является одним из крупнейших производителей спецодежды страны. В качестве расширения ассортимента спецодежды, предложена спецодежда для строителей-ремонтников, так как строительство является одним из основных видов занятости мужского населения страны. В ходе проекта была разработана коллекция спецодежды для строителей-ремонтников, с целью покрытия нового сегмента потребителей. На первом этапе разработки проекта был проанализирован ассортимент спецодежды в общем. А именно, из специализированной литературы изучены общие сведения о спецодежде, её классификация, требования предъявляемые к спецодежде; на основе каталогов тканей, имеющихся на предприятии от крупных производителей тканей для спецодежды, изучены характеристики предложенных ими материалов; на основе интернет-рессурсов изучены тенденции развития ассортимента спецодежды на примере крупных мировых брендов, выпускающих спецодежду; на основе проведённой практики, был проанализирован производимый на предприятии ассортимент спецодежды. На втором этапе разработки проекта было проанализировано эргономическое соответствие изделия условиям труда строителя-ремонтника. В первом пункте анализа изучены основные сведения о деятельности строителей-ремонтников, виды выполняемых ими работ и установлены условия их труда; во втором пункте проведён эргономический анализ движений, производимых строителем в течении рабочего дня, рассчитан динамический прирост к основным размерным признакам; в третьем пункте проанализированы основные принципы определения прибавок на свободу облегания; в четвёртом пункте изучены факторы, определяющие износ изделия. На третьем этапе проанализированы базовые конструкции (БК), используемые на предприятии. Произведён анализ БК летних рабочих курток, летних рабочих брюк и летних рабочих полукомбинезонов. В результате анализа, обоснованно выбрана советская методика конструирования спецодежды, для построения БК для разработанной коллекции. На четвёртом этапе описаны основные принципы создания новых моделей; разработаны эскизы коллекции спецодежды для строителей-ремонтников. В результате проекта разработана коллекция спецодежды для строителей-ремонтников, с повышенными показателями качества.; The diploma project was developed on the basis of individual research in the field of clothing production. Instacon LLC is one of the largest manufacturers of workwear in the country. As an extension of the range of workwear, offered workwear for builders-repairers, as construction is one of the main types of employment of the male population of the country. During the graduation project, a collection of workwear for repairers was developed to cover a new segment of consumers. In the first stage of the development of the project, the range of workwear was analyzed in general. Namely, from specialized literature studied general information about workwear, its classification, requirements for workwear; on the basis of tissue catholics, available in the enterprise from large manufacturers of fabrics for workwear, studied the characteristics of the materials offered by them; on the basis of Internet resources studied the trends of the development of the range of workwear on the example of the world's major brands, producing workwear; based on the practice, was analyzed the company's range of workwear. In the second phase of the project development, the ergonomic compliance of the product with the working conditions of the repairman was analyzed. The first paragraph of the analysis examined the basic information on the activities of repair builders, the types of work they do and established their working conditions; in the second paragraph, an ergonomic analysis of the movements made by the builder during the working day was calculated dynamic growth to the main dimensional signs; the third paragraph analysed the basic principles of the definition of freedom of slackness; the fourth paragraph examined the factors that determine the wear and tear of the product. In the third stage, the basic structures used in the enterprise were analyzed. An analysis of B.C. summer work jackets, summer work pants and summer working half-suits has been analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the Soviet method of designing the company's range of workwear was justifiably chosen to build a BC for the developed collection. The fourth phase outlines the basic principles of creating new models; designed sketches of the collection of the company's range of workwear for repairers. As a result of the diploma project, a collection of the company's range of workwear for repairers has been developed, with increased quality indicators. Pentru atingerea scopului propus a fost necesar realizarea următoarelor obiective: de a analiza tendințele și dezvoltarea sortimentelor de îmbrăcăminte pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale, de a analiza cerințele impuse și funcțiile ale produselor de îmbrăcăminte funcționale pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale, de a analiza clasificarea și funcțiile elementelor funcționale și constructiv-decorative în îmbrăcămintea pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale, de a aplica aceste studii în domeniul proiectării îmbrăcămintei pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale. În urma atingerii tuturor obiectivelor propuse a fost elaborat un șir de modele de îmbrăcăminte pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale.Structura tezei de master este structurată în 3 capitole: În primul capitol sunt expuse rezultatele analizei evoluției a îmbrăcamintei pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale, analiza situației actuale pe teritoriul țării și pe plan mondial. Al doilea capitol dezvoltă clasificarea și funcțiile elemetelor funcționale și constructiv-decorative și aplicarea acestora în îmbrăcămintea pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale. În capitolul trei se analizează aspectele privind proiectarea artistică-constructivă a îmbrăcămintei. Aplicarea legilor care includ proiectarea sistemelor de modele de îmbrăcăminte funcțională prin utilizarea elementelor funcționale și constructiv-decorative și detașabile de produs. Această parte include căutarea soluțiilor noi pentru elaborarea noilor modele de îmbrăcăminte pentru persoane cu nevoi speciale, este prezentat sistemul de modele noi.; The master's thesis addresses the problem of developing the types of clothing for people in wheelchairs and aims to implement design solutions for clothing models by using functional and constructive-decorative elements, applying the laws harmonization and proportion in the design of clothing. In order to achieve the proposed purpose, it was necessary to achieve the following objectives: to analyze the trends and the development of the types of clothing for people with special needs, to analyze the imposed requirements and functions of the functional clothing products for people with special needs, to analyze the classification and the functions functional and constructive-decorative elements in clothing for people with special needs, to apply these studies in the field of clothing design for people with special needs. Following the attainment of all the proposed objectives, a series of models of special clothing for people with special needs was developed. De asemenea în teză a fost abordată problema privind protecția și contribuția la salvarea mediului ambiant de nocivele dăunătoare, care apar în urma descompunerii țesăturilor textile. Obiectivele lucrării: Soluționarea problemei privind protejarea mediului înconjurător de nocivele dăunătoare, care apar în urma descompunerii țesăturilor textile, prin reciclarea – reutilizarea produselor vechi; Dezvoltarea sortimentulelor pentru femei; Dezvoltarea metodelor de soluționare a problemei privind poluarea mediului ambiant; Aplicarea tehnologiilor de reducere, reciclare și reutilizare în industria textilă și de confecții. Pentru soluționarea problemei s-au propus câteva recomandăi, pe baza rezultatelor obținute în urma cercetărilor, privind adoptarea atitudinii eco în ceea ce privește transformarea și combinarea produselor textile, și metodele de reciclare și reutilizare a produselor vestimentare vechi. Astfel s-a demonstrat că fiecare consumator individual poate contribui la salvarea planetei. De asemenea s-a analizat metodele de reducere, reciclare și reutilizare a produselor vestimentare vechi și s-a observat că produsele vechi posedă un potențial sporit de transformare și reutilizare. Pentru a găsi mai multe idei de rezolvare a problemei s-a analizat și s-a aplicat metoda obiectelor focale și metoda morfologică. Astfel, s-a observat că prin metoda morfologică, fiind o metodă fixă, se pot obține cu mult mai multe idei de soluționare a problemei abordate. Prin urmare în urma cercetărilor realizate pe baza temei ,,Aplicații ale conceptului de reciclare – reutilizare în dezvoltarea sortimentelor de produse pentru femei toate obiectivele și scopurile propuse au fost atinse.; The current project is based on the study of the concept of recycling-reuse of old-fashion clothing products and old products that we no longer carry, for making new products and developing assortments for women. Also in the thesis was reviewed the issue regarding the protection and contribution to the saving of the environment from harmful substances, which arise as a result of the decomposition of textile fabrics. Project Objectives: The solution to the problem of protecting the environment from harmful substances resulting from the decomposition of textile fabrics by processing - reuse of old products; Development of assortments for women; Development of methods of solving the problem regarding the environmental pollution; Application of technologies for reduction, recycling and reuse in the textile and clothing industry. To solve the problem, several recommendations have been proposed, based on the results obtained in following the research, regarding the adoption of the eco attitude towards transformation and combination of textile products and methods of recycling and reusing old clothing. Thus it has been shown that each individual consumer can help save the planet. It was also analyzed the methods of reducing, recycling and reusing the old clothes and it was observed that the old products have great potential for transformation and re-use. In order to find more ideas for solving the problem, it was analyzed and applied focal object method and morphological method. Thus it has been observed that by the morphological method, being a fixed method, more ideas for solving the problem analized can be obtained. Therefore, following the researches carried out based on the theme, “Applications of the concept of recycling - reuse in the development of assortments of products for women”, all the proposed objectives and goals were achieved. În capilotolul unu s-a analizat conceptul de calitate, factorii ce influexțează asupra calității și principiile de bază ale managementului calității. Pornind de la faptull, că calitatea reprezintă o trăsătură determinantă a produselor și serviciilor, au fost identificaţi factorii, care influențează asupra calității produselor: factorul principal, care acționează procesul de producție și factorul secundar, care acționează în sfera circulației mărfurilor. Sistemul de management al calității este sistemul de management prin care se orientează și se controlează o organizație în ceea ce privește calitatea. Ținînd cont de succesiunea etapelor procesului managerial în general și de specificul managementului calității, au fost analizate funcțiile acestuia: planificare, organizare, coordonare, antrenare, ținerea sub control, asigurarea calității și îmbunătățirea acesteia. Elementele unui sistem al calității sunt structurate pe patru domenii: responsabilitatea managementului, managementul resurselor, realizarea produselor și serviciilor, măsurare, analiză și îmbunătățire. În capitolul doi s-a analizat detaliat faza de control al calității, studiind metodele de control și îmbunătățire a acesteia. Deci, controlul calității este o funcție managerială prin care se verifică, se previne și corectează erorile care apar în diferite etape ale lucrului. S-au analizat cele patru etape ale evoluţiei calității și modul de implementare ale acestora: inspecția calității, controlul calității, asigurarea calității și managementul total al calității. S-a concluzionat că controlul total al calității este necesar pentru a ține sub control toate activitățile și toate etapele procesului de fabricație, s-a menționat că toți membrii unei întreprinderi indiferent de funcție și activitățile efectuate au atribuție și răspundere asupra calității. S-a analizat și observat că controlul calității trebuie efectuat de la recepția materiilor prime pînă la păstrarea și transportarea produselor finite. De menționat este faptul că depistarea și înlăturarea la timp a defectelor apărute duce la îmbunătățirea calității. În capitolul trei s-a studiat standardizarea calității în sistemul de management, care crează un limbaj comun şi permite producătorilor și furnizorilor să comunice clar cu agenții de vînzări, scopul principal fiind îmbunătățirea calității vieții, apărarea intereselor consumatorilor, recunoașterea inernațională a produselor și serviciilor, stabilirea unui sistem unitar de cerințe pentru certificarea calității. În acest capitol s-a studiat pregătirea întreprinderii sau a firmei, documentația necesară pentru certificare. Dacă întreprinderea dată are un sistem al calității care funcționează și este eficient, atunci ea poate primi certificat de conformitate, datorită căruia întrerinderea dată va putea demonstra clienților și concurenților că produsele lor sunt calitative și corespund sistemului de management al calității.; In this paper, the problem of the quality of the clothing products was studied. In chapter one we analyzed the concept of quality, which are the factors that influence on quality and quality management. Quality is an essential aspect of products and services. There are two factors that influence the quality of the products: the main factor, which acts the production process and the secondary factor, which acts in the sphere of goods movement. The quality management system is the management system through which an organization is oriented and controlled in terms of quality. Considering the succession of the stages of the management process in general and the quality management specific, it is considered that the functions of the quality management are. Planning, organizing, coordinating, training, keeping under control, ensuring quality and improving it. The elements of a quality system are structured in four areas: responsibility of management, management of resources, realization of products and services, measurement, analysis and improvement. In chapter two we analyzed the quality control, the control methods and its improvement. So quality control is a managerial function through which the errors that occur in different stages of the work are checked, prevented and corrected. The four stages of quality control and their implementation were analyzed: quality inspection, quality control, quality assurance and total quality management. It was concluded that the total quality control is necessary to keep under control all the activities and all the stages of the manufacturing process, it was mentioned that all the members of an enterprise regardless of function and the activities carried out have attribution and responsibility over the quality. It was analyzed and observed that the quality control must be carried out from the reception of the raw materials to the storage and transport of the finished products. It is worth mentioning that the detection and timely removal of defects have led to quality improvement. In chapter three the standardization of quality in the management system was studied, standardization represents a specific activity carried out by a recognized body, and according to established principles, through which standards or other standardization documents are elaborated. Standardization creates a common language that allows manufacturers and suppliers to communicate clearly with sales agents. The main purpose being, to improve the quality of life, to protect the interests of consumers, the international recognition of products and services, to establish a unitary system of requirements for quality certification. This chapter studied the preparation of the company or company, the necessary documentation for certification. If the given company has a quality system that works and is efficient, then it can receive a certificate of conformity, due to which the given interest will be able to prove to the clients and competitors that their products are qualitative and correspond to the quality management system.
