Основной целью проекта является создание современного, функционального и эстетически выразительного пространства, соответствующего требованиям комфортной рабочей среды и особенностям деятельности туристического агентства. В ходе работы был проведён предпроектный анализ существующего помещения, изучены его планировочная структура, функциональные особенности, конструктивные характеристики, а также социально-психологические требования к организации офисного пространства. Особое внимание уделено вопросам эргономики, комфорта сотрудников и созданию благоприятной атмосферы для посетителей. Концепция интерьера основана на сочетании современного стиля с элементами эко-дизайна. Разработаны художественно декоративные решения, подобраны мебель, освещение и отделка для всех функциональных зон офиса. Отдельная часть работы посвящена вопросам акустики и звукоизоляции переговорной комнаты, а также расчёту акустических характеристик помещения. Кроме того, рассмотрены технологии отделочных работ, свойства используемых материалов и последовательность выполнения строительных и отделочных процессов. В результате разработан интерьер офисного пространства, сочетающий функциональность, современную эстетику и комфортную атмосферу, соответствующую специфике туристического агентства.; This thesis is dedicated to the development of the interior design of a travel agency office located in Chisinau. The main goal of the project is to create a modern, functional, and aesthetically expressive space that meets the requirements of a comfortable working environment and the specific needs of a travel agency’s activities. During the work, a pre-design analysis of the existing premises was carried out, including the study of its planning structure, functional features, structural characteristics, and the social psychological requirements for organizing office space. Special attention was paid to ergonomics, employee comfort, and the creation of a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The interior concept is based on a combination of modern style with elements of eco-design. Artistic and decorative solutions were developed, and furniture, lighting, and finishes were selected for all functional areas of the office. A separate part of the work is devoted to the acoustics and sound insulation of the meeting room, as well as the calculation of the acoustic characteristics of the space. In addition, construction and finishing technologies, material properties, and the sequence of finishing works were considered. As a result, an office interior was developed that combines functionality, modern aesthetics, and a comfortable atmosphere corresponding to the specifics of a travel agency. Chișinau URSU, Irina Lucrarea prezintă proiectarea și amenajarea unui sediu modern destinat unei companii din domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale, amplasat în municipiul Chișinău, pe strada Alexandru cel Bun 111. Alegerea acestei teme este justificată prin dezvoltarea continuă a sectorului IT și prin necesitatea realizării unor spații de lucru adaptate cerințelor actuale, în care funcționalitatea, confortul și imaginea profesională să fie tratate ca elemente complementare. În cadrul proiectului a fost analizată structura existentă a clădirii, caracteristicile constructive, condițiile de amplasare și particularitățile climatice ale zonei, toate acestea constituind baza soluțiilor de reorganizare interioară. Spațiul a fost conceput pe două niveluri, cu o distribuire clară a funcțiunilor: primul nivel este orientat spre activitățile operaționale și colaborarea dintre echipe, iar nivelul superior este destinat zonelor administrative, managementului și spațiilor de relaxare. Conceptul de amenajare propus urmărește realizarea unui mediu de lucru echilibrat, în care organizarea funcțională să susțină eficiența activității, iar soluțiile estetice să contribuie la confortul psihologic al utilizatorilor. Au fost propuse compartimentări moderne, utilizarea suprafețelor vitrate pentru maximizarea luminii naturale, integrarea materialelor contemporane și aplicarea unei game cromatice bazate pe tonuri neutre, completate de accente dinamice care oferă identitate vizuală spațiului. O atenție aparte a fost acordată iluminatului natural și artificial, finisajelor interioare, condițiilor acustice și dotărilor tehnice necesare unui spațiu de birouri contemporan. Prin alegerea materialelor și a tehnologiilor constructive s-a urmărit obținerea unui interior durabil, flexibil și adaptabil, capabil să răspundă atât cerințelor funcționale, cât și celor estetice. În ansamblu, proiectul propune o soluție coerentă de amenajare interioară, în care arhitectura spațiului, designul și componenta tehnică se completează reciproc, rezultând un mediu de lucru modern, confortabil și potrivit cerințelor actuale din domeniul IT.; This paper presents the design and interior arrangement of a modern headquarters intended for an information technology company, located in Chișinău, on Alexandru cel Bun Street 111. The choice of this topic is justified by the continuous development of the IT sector and by the increasing need for workspaces adapted to current professional requirements, where functionality, comfort, and a strong professional image are treated as complementary elements. The project includes an analysis of the existing building structure, its constructive characteristics, site conditions, and the climatic particularities of the area, all of which served as the foundation for the proposed interior reorganization solutions. The space was designed on two levels with a clear functional distribution: the first level is dedicated to operational activities and team collaboration, while the upper level accommodates administrative offices, management areas, and relaxation spaces. The proposed design concept aims to create a balanced working environment in which functional organization supports efficiency, while aesthetic solutions contribute to the psychological comfort and well-being of users. Modern partitioning solutions were introduced, including the use of glazed surfaces to maximize natural light, the integration of contemporary materials, and the application of a color palette based on neutral tones complemented by dynamic accents that provide visual identity to the space. Special attention was given to natural and artificial lighting, interior finishes, acoustic comfort, and the technical equipment required for a contemporary office environment. Through the careful selection of materials and construction technologies, the project seeks to achieve a durable, flexible, and adaptable interior capable of meeting both functional and aesthetic demands. Overall, the project proposes a coherent interior design solution in which spatial architecture, design, and technical components complement one another, resulting in a modern, comfortable, and efficient workplace suited to the current needs of the IT industry. Основной стиль это индустриальный минимализм - выбор основывался благодаря открытым бетонным конструкциям и панорамному остеклениею, выходящим за пределы помещения. В первой главе проведен предпроектный анализ: описана существующая планировочная структура, технические характеристики здания и требования к организации рабочих мест. Во второй главе рассмотрена внутренняя структура помещений, включая систему стеклянных перегородок и инженерное оснащение объекта. Третья глава посвящена художественно декоративным решениям: здесь раскрыты особенности декора который был примененен а именнотрехмерная плитка Maioliche di pietra, бамбуковые панели и терракотовые бриз блоки использованные для зонирования. Четвертая часть содержит информацию об системе освещения. Основное внимание уделено естественному свету и использованию токопроводящих светильников Vibia в сочетании с растяжками INFINITO. Пятая глава рассказывает о технологической последовательности отделочных работ и рассматриваем свойства материалов - архитектурного бетона и специализированных мебельных панелей. В заключительной главе указана библиография, послужившая теоретической базой исследования. Данный проект выполнен согласно требованиям и с учетом расположения здания на улице Константин Брынкуш, учтены параментры инсоляции и параметры арендуемого помещения были использованы на все 100 процентов для достижения желаемого результата. Сформированная планировочное и стилевое решение образуют единную базу, благодаря которой комфортная работа и высокая производительность труда возрастет.; This paper focuses on the design of a modern IT office, initially an empty space. The facility is located on the fifth and sixth floors of the SkyHouse business center, a fact determined before measurements were taken. The primary style is industrial minimalism, a choice inspired by the exposed concrete structures and panoramic glazing extending beyond the space. The first chapter provides a pre-project analysis, describing the existing layout, the building's technical specifications, and the requirements for organizing workspaces. The second chapter examines the interior structure of the spaces, including the glass partition system and the facility's engineering infrastructure. The third chapter is devoted to the artistic and decorative solutions, highlighting the decorative elements used, namely, three-dimensional Maioliche di Pietra tiles, bamboo panels, and terracotta breeze blocks used for zoning. The fourth section contains information on the lighting system, focusing on natural light and the use of Vibia conductive luminaires combined with INFINITO cable ducts. The fifth chapter describes the technological sequence of finishing works and examines the properties of materials—architectural concrete and specialized furniture panels. The final chapter provides a bibliography that served as the theoretical basis for the research. This project was completed in accordance with the requirements and took into account the building's location on Constantin Brancusi Street. Insolation parameters were taken into account, and the parameters of the leased space were fully utilized to achieve the desired result. The resulting layout and style solution form a unified foundation, enhancing comfortable work and high productivity. Fabricii 1 TUGULSCHI, Daniel Lucrarea de licență prezintă proiectul de design interior al Hotelului „Fabricii”, amplasat în orașul Ghindești, raionul Florești, rezultat în urma reconversiei unei foste clădiri industriale. Proiectul urmărește transformarea unei construcții abandonate într-un hotel contemporan, păstrând și valorificând caracterul industrial existent. Suprafața totală a clădirii este de aproximativ 1250 m², fiind organizată pe mai multe cote de nivel și integrând spații de cazare, zone publice, bibliotecă, coworking și spații administrative. Scopul proiectului constă în elaborarea unui design interior funcțional, estetic și contemporan pentru un hotel realizat prin reutilizarea unei construcții industriale existente. Conceptul amenajării este bazat pe stilul loft-industrial și urmărește integrarea elementelor originale ale clădirii, precum cărămida aparentă, betonul și structura metalică, într-un spațiu adaptat cerințelor actuale de confort și funcționalitate. Informația este divizată în cinci capitole și bibliografie. Primul capitol cuprinde analiza înainte de proiect și include lista încăperilor, caracteristicile constructive ale clădirii, orientarea funcțională, cerințele social-psihologice, amplasarea și condițiile climaterice ale obiectului studiat. Al doilea capitol include descrierea soluțiilor arhitectural-constructive și funcționale adoptate în procesul de replanificare a construcției, organizarea încăperilor, soluțiile constructive, sistemele inginerești și integrarea noilor funcțiuni în structura existentă. Capitolul trei prezintă soluțiile artistico-decorative ale interiorului, incluzând stilul ales, gama coloristică, materialele de finisare și elementele decorative utilizate în amenajarea hotelului. Capitolul patru reprezintă compartimentul Fizica construcțiilor și include informații privind iluminarea naturală și artificială, acustica și izolarea fonică, precum și calculul iluminării artificiale pentru zona de mezanin. Capitolul cinci este dedicat tehnologiei lucrărilor de finisare. În acest capitol sunt descrise etapele de executare a lucrărilor, restaurarea materialelor existente, montarea elementelor constructive noi și tehnologia restaurării cărămizii aparente. Memoriul explicativ se finalizează cu bibliografia, care include literatura de specialitate și actele normative utilizate pe parcursul elaborării proiectului.; The bachelor's thesis presents the interior design project of the “Fabricii” Hotel, located in Ghindești, Florești district, developed through the adaptive reuse of a former industrial building. The project focuses on transforming an abandoned industrial structure into a contemporary hotel while preserving and highlighting its original architectural identity. The building has a total area of approximately 1250 m² and is organized on several different floor levels, incorporating accommodation units, public spaces, a library, coworking areas, and administrative facilities. The goal of the project is to create a functional, aesthetic, and contemporary interior design for a hotel developed through the conversion of an existing industrial building. The design concept is based on the loft-industrial style and integrates original elements of the structure, such as exposed brick walls, reinforced concrete elements, and metal structures, into a space adapted to modern standards of comfort and functionality. The information is divided into five chapters and bibliography. The first chapter includes the preliminary analysis of the project, containing the list of rooms, construction characteristics, functional organization, social and psychological requirements, location, and climatic conditions. The second chapter presents the architectural and constructive solutions adopted during the redesign process, including spatial organization, constructive systems, engineering solutions, and the integration of new functions into the existing structure. The third chapter focuses on the artistic and decorative solutions of the interior, including the chosen design style, color palette, finishing materials, and decorative elements used throughout the hotel. The fourth chapter covers Building Physics and includes information regarding natural and artificial lighting, acoustics and sound insulation, as well as the calculation of artificial lighting for the mezzanine area. The fifth chapter is dedicated to finishing technologies and describes the sequence of finishing works, restoration of existing materials, installation of new structural elements, and the restoration technology of exposed brick masonry. The explanatory memorandum concludes with the bibliography, which contains the scientific literature, technical references, and normative documents used during the development of the project.
