Teza este structurată pe trei compartimente. Primul compartiment prezintă stadiul actual de dezvoltare a sistemelor de transport multimodal de persoane, inclusiv evoluția conceptului și caracteristica generală a transportului multimodal, aspectele mobilității durabile, analiza mobilității de transport și a componentelor potențiale ale sistemelor de transport multimodal de persoane. Au fost formulate unele concluzii intermediare vizând perspectiva devoltării sistemelor de transport multimodal de persoane. În compartimentul al doilea sunt prezentate particularitățile transporturilor combinate de persoane în trafic internațional, măsurile de perfecționare a sistemelor de transport multimodal, și specificul logisticii transporturilor rutiere de persoane în sistemele de transport multimodal. A fost realizat calculul tehnologic al sectorului rutier al rutei de transport multimodal de persoane în trafic internațional, fiind elaborată o ofertă variată de transport rutier pentru ruta multimodală analizată. Un aspect important elaborat în acest compartiment se referă la strategia de marketing a activității rutei multimodale de transport de persoane. Compartimentul final al tezei de master prezintă calculul prețului de cost și prețului de vânzare a biletelor de călătorie pe sectorul rutier al rutei multimodale de transport de persoane în trafic internațional pentru fiecare alternativă de transport rutier. Au fost determinate costurile de exploatare și mentenanță a flotei auto ce va deservi sectorul rutier al rutei multimodale de transport de persoane. La finalul tezei de master sunt expuse unele concluzii finale vizând atingerea obiectvelor de bază ale lucrării.; This master's thesis addresses the issue of improving multimodal transport of passenger in international traffic. The thesis is structured in three sections. The first compartment presents the current state of development of multimodal passenger transport systems, including the evolution of the concept and general characteristics of multimodal transport, aspects of sustainable mobility, analysis of transport mobility and potential components of multimodal passenger transport systems. Some intermediate conclusions were formulated regarding the perspective of the development of multimodal passenger transport systems. In the second compartment, the particularities of the combined transport of people in international traffic, the measures to improve multimodal transport systems, and the specifics of the logistics of road transport of people in multimodal transport systems are presented. The technological calculation of the road sector of the multimodal transport route of people in international traffic was carried out, and a varied road transport offer was developed for the analyzed multimodal route. An important aspect elaborated in this compartment refers to the marketing strategy of the activity of the multimodal passenger transport route. The final section of the master's thesis presents the calculation of the cost price and the sale price of travel tickets on the road sector of the multimodal route of passenger transport in international traffic for each road transport alternative. The operating and maintenance costs of the car fleet that will serve the road sector of the multimodal passenger transport route have been determined. At the end of the master's thesis, some final conclusions are presented aiming at achieving the basic objectives of the work. În compartimentul de proiectare a fost caracterizat procesul tehnologic de transport a autovehiculelor prin containere cu transportul maritim și rutier.De asemenea a fost elaborat graficul de muncă a conducătorului auto pentru cursele menționate mai sus. În prezenta lucrare de asemenea sunt propuse sistemul de fixare a autovehiculului în container. În compartimentul economic au fost calculate costurile pentru procesul de transport a cursele menționate mai sus și de asemenea a fost calculat timpul de transportare pentru toate variantele menționate.; In the master's thesis, economic indicators were calculated for three routes for the transport of motor vehicles from the USA to the Republic of Moldova via the following ports: Bremen (Germany), Constanta (Romania), Klaipeda (Lithuania) then with road transport in Chisinau. In the analytical section, the mission and objectives of the company were developed, the general characteristics of the company and the competition of the company were analyzed, the financial indicators of the company were analyzed and the S.W.O.T analysis of S.С. was developed. In the design department, the technological process of transporting vehicles by container with sea and road transport was characterized and the driver's work schedule for the above-mentioned runs was also developed. In this paper also the system of fixing the vehicle in the container is proposed. In the economic section the costs for the transport process of the above mentioned journeys have been calculated and also the transport time for all mentioned variants has been calculated. Metoda de cercetare abordată în teză este observaţională și a experimentului, la baza cărora a stat observaţia și nemijlocit participarea la procesul de prelucrare a informației despre încărcăturile transp.ortate. Activînd ca în calitate de manager la această companie am sesizat o serie de aspecte ce pot fi optimizate. Obiectivul principal al tezei este perfecționarea managementului companiei de reparații vehicule în compania SRL “TechnoCar” prin optimizarea timpului de efectuare a lucrărilor necesare, livrării autovehicului și satisfacerea clienților. Cercetării este bazată pe indentificarea a următoarelor obiective:  Reducerea timpului de service: Analiticile pot fi utilizate pentru a identifica modalități de a optimiza procesele de service, ceea ce poate duce la o reducere a timpului de service.  Reducerea costurilor de materiale: Analiticile pot fi utilizate pentru a urmări utilizarea materialelor și pentru a identifica oportunități de reducere a costurilor.  Creșterea satisfacției clienților: Analiticile pot fi utilizate pentru a colecta feedback de la clienți și pentru a identifica zonele în care compania poate îmbunătăți experiența clienților. Valoarea teoretică a tezei obține o serie de beneficii, inclusiv:  Creșterea profitului. Prin reducerea costurilor și creșterea veniturilor, companiile de reparații vehicule pot crește profitul.  Creșterea cotei de piață. The research method used in the thesis is observational and experimental, based on observation and direct participation in the process of processing information about transported loads. Working as a manager in this company, I noticed a number of aspects that could be optimised. The main objective of the thesis is to improve the management of the vehicle repair company in the "TechnoCar" Ltd. company by optimizing the time of carrying out the necessary work, vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction. The research is based on the identification of the following objectives:  Reduced service time: Analytics can be used to identify ways to optimise service processes, which can lead to a reduction in service time;  Material cost reduction: Analytics can be used to track material usage and identify opportunities for cost reduction;  Increase customer satisfaction: Analytics can be used to collect customer feedback and identify areas where the company can improve the customer experience. The theoretical value of the thesis gains a number of benefits, including:  Increased profit. Descrierea generală a fost expusă pentru a introduce cititorul în esența proiectului. Au fost analizate diferite probleme aparente acestor moduri de transport ca: 1. lipsa datelor din partea statelor membre care sunt incluse în proiectul de modernizare a infrastructurii și ponderii intermodalității în UE 2. costul ridicat de construcție a terminalelor 3. logistica slabă și dificilă în cadrul unui terminal 4. aparența problemelor de transbordare care generează probleme legate de timpul de staționare și prelucrare a comenzilor 5. lipsa standartizării în unele terminale 6. alte probleme aparente S-a discutat despre acordurile și convențiile de transport care stau la baza procesului de transport intermodal și multimodal ca: COTIF, UIRR, IRU, Convenția de la Geneva (CMR), Convenția de la Varșovia, Convenția de la Berna (CIM), UNCTAD/CCI ș.a. La fel de important s-a descris despre toate tipurile de transport prin diferite particularități de execuție în cadrul proceselor desemnate în proiect. Am desemnat plusurile și minusurile, multimodalității și intermodalității, perspectiva de dezvoltare, indicatorii de performanță, aplicabilitatea la momentul actual și însăși actualitatea acestora. Nu a rămas într-o parte și impactul asupra mediului în cadrul utilizării acestor modalități de transport, și anume riscul de prefacere a terminalelor în centre industriale care vor influența negativ asupra climei, stării de sănătate a muncitorilor, poluarea fonică și chimică. Este necesar modernizarea acestora pentru a reduce riscurile sus menționate.; The target of this master thesis based on the theme ''Strategies to promote intermodal and multimodal transport in Europe'' is to show all the importance and potential of these modes of transport, each of which has firstly its own specificity in the process of activity, targeting different stages of action and processing of orders and secondly the legislative framework according to which it is conducted in different ways and requires different circumstances. The general description has been set out to introduce the reader to the essence of the project. Various obvious problems of these modes of transport have been analysed, such as: 1. lack of data from the Member States that are included in the project to modernise infrastructure and the share of intermodality in the EU 2. the high cost of terminal construction 3. poor and difficult logistics within a terminal 4. the emergence of transhipment problems which generate problems related to dwell time and order processing time 5. lack of standardisation in some terminals 6. other obvious problems The underlying transport agreements and conventions were discussed, such as intermodal and multimodal transport: COTIF, UIRR, IRU, Geneva Convention (CMR), Warsaw Convention, Berne Convention (CIM), UNCTAD/ICC etc. Equally important it has been described about all types of transport through different particularities of execution within the processes designated in the project. We have designated pluses and minuses, multimodality and intermodality, development perspective, performance indicators, applicability at the present time and their very topicality. The environmental impact of the use of these modes of transport, i.e. the risk of the terminals turning into industrial centres that will have a negative impact on the climate, the health of workers, noise and chemical pollution, was not left out.
