Pentru realizarea scopului propus în lucrare, au fost formulate următoarele obiective: realizarea unei analize a cadrului normativ și a mediului instituțional al securității alimentare; identificarea principalelor tendințe ale indicatorilor securității alimentare naționale prin prisma celor patru piloni: disponibilitate, accesibilitate, utilizare și stabilitate; oferirea recomandărilor privind îmbunătățirea și ajustarea securității alimentare la nivel național.; The goal of this master's thesis consists in the evaluation of the food security policy, governance and key achievements of ensuring food security at the national level in the Republic of Moldova. For the execution of this work, the following objectives were outlined: carrying out an analysis of the normative framework and the institutional environment of food safety; identifying the main trends of national food security indicators through the lens of the four pillars: availability, accessibility, use and stability; providing recommendations regarding the improvement and adjustment of food security at the national level. Задачей данной работы является создание гида для любого начинающего менеджера, который позволит ему ознакомится со всеми базовыми принципами профессии. В работе затронуты и приведены все необходимые методы для создания благоприятной и постоянной среды развития каждого члена персонала. Описаны прямые способы влияния роли менеджера на создание крепкого конкурентного преимущества. Выявлены оптимальные маркетинговые стратегии и их адаптация под любую современную социальную сеть. Перечислены все базовые правила личной гигиены персонала, а также основные методы правильного хранения продуктов, их разморозки и приготовления. Целью данной работы является выявление сильных и слабых сторон предприятия на примере ресторана «Авдарма» для дальнейшего структурирования действий, необходимых для качественного ребрендинга и мониторинга всех внутренних процессов ресторанного бизнеса.; In the process of studying and collecting information from mass sources, in the course of the work, the main aspects necessary for high-quality restaurant management were identified and justified. The task of this work is to create a guide for any novice manager, which, of course, will be of interest to all the basic principles of the profession. The paper identifies all possible methods for creating a permanent environment for the development of each member of the staff. Direct studies of a manager's career in creating a strong competitive advantage are described. Optimal marketing strategies and their adaptation to any modern assessment have been identified. All the basic rules for personal hygiene of personnel are listed, as well as the basic rules for observing the rules for storing food, defrosting and preparing it. The purpose of this work is to identify significant and weaknesses of the enterprise on the rise of the restaurant "Avdarma" for regular structuring of actions, useful for high-quality re-rendering and monitoring of all restaurant business processes.; În procesul de studiu și culegere a informațiilor din surse de masă, în decursul lucrării, au fost identificate și justificate principalele aspecte necesare managementului de înaltă calitate a restaurantelor. Sarcina acestei lucrări este de a crea un ghid pentru orice manager începător, care, desigur, va fi de interes pentru toate principiile de bază ale profesiei. Lucrarea identifică toate metodele posibile pentru crearea unui mediu permanent de dezvoltare a fiecărui membru al personalului. Sunt descrise studii directe ale carierei unui manager în crearea unui avantaj competitiv puternic. Au fost identificate strategii de marketing optime și adaptarea lor la orice evaluare modernă. Sunt enumerate toate regulile de bază pentru igiena personală a personalului, precum și regulile de bază pentru respectarea regulilor de păstrare, decongelare și preparare a alimentelor.
