Autorii au elaborat pentru fiecare cultură bugetul costurilor şi componenţa lor. Datele de calcul prezentate vor permite antreprenorilor autohtoni să selecteze corect culturile în baza indicilor economici şi să investească in mod chibzuit resursele financiare.; Small and medium agricultural producers of the Republic of Moldova focus on developing highvalue agricultural sector, which provides the greatest profits and, due to this fact, could become an important source ofincreasing income in the rural sector. This paper presentsthe results of economic calculations(performed by the authors) related to the amount of investments and terms ofinvestment recovery(calculated per 1 hectare) for 47 high value agricultural crops (fruits and vegetables), as well asto the economic results of the operational activity of growing these crops (sales incomes, sale costs, gross profit, economic profitability). The authors developed cost budgets and their components for each crop. The aim istoestimate the trend and extent ofintra-industrytrade in agri-food products ofMoldova. The time seriesfrom 2001-2015 are examined. According to the obtained results, the level ofintra-industrytrade in agricultural and food productsfor Moldova is quite high (78%), fact which indicates a decline of trade relationships with EU countries and an increase with CIS countries. For most commodity groups the values of Grubel Lloyd index present a high average variabilityover time, fact which reflectsthe structural changesin Moldova’s agri-food trade. The values of A indices are very low and indicate that most of changes in trade flows had been inter-industrial in nature and probably generated high adjustment costs. The samples of biological material for microbiological investigations were collected in the rooms where laying chickens are kept, from egg shells, from the equipment, in the room for egg collection,sorting, grading and packaging, from feed and manure. The inseminations were performed on ordinary, selective and specific nutrient media. As a result of bacteriological and bacterioscopic investigations the presence of Streptococcus colonies was detected on the PeptoneAgar medium (roomair and egg shell), fungus colonies on Saburomedium(room air and feed), Salmonella colonies on Bismuth SulfiteAgar and E. coli colonies on Endomedium (faeces). The birds were divided into three groups: subcutaneouslyinjected with 0.5 ml ofsaline (control, n = 12), with 0.5 ml of alcohol (group II, n=11) or with 0.5 ml of alcoholic nettle extract (group III, n=11). Sterile heparinized blood, sampled on days 0, 7 and 13, was processed by an in vitro carbon particle inclusion test, the phagocytosis being expressed in optical density units. The birds were weighed simultaneouslywith the blood sampling.We concluded that a single nettle extract treatment does not significantly influence the phagocytosis, while the second administration intensified it.
