Factorii externi care au facilitat transferul internaţional de tehnologie include: globalizarea afacerilor, liberalizarea regimurilor economice din multe ţări şi impulsul acordat protecţiei proprietăţii intelectuale. In rezultat, transferul comercial de tehnologie a devinit un element important al mediului de afaceri internaţional. Se observa, că procesul de transfer de tehnologie poate fi problematic şi că, de cele mai multe ori, cesionarii nu au abilităţile necesare pentru a-1 gestiona eficient. In lucrare se analizeaza abordarea transferului de tehnologie de pe poziţiile ciclului de viaţă pentru planificarea şi implementarea lui, astfel sa fie inlesnita soluţionarea unora dintre problemele importante de gestionare a proceselor cu care se confruntă managerii proiectelor de transfer de tehnologie şi sa fie evitate erorile. Sunt aratate punctele tari şi punctele slabe ale diferitor modele si metode de transfer tehnologic.; In the current economic environment, there is a special interest in the profitable exploitation of the technological assets of other companies through technology transfer. Externai factors that have facilitated the internaţional transfer of technology include: globalization of business, liberalization of economic regimes in many countries and the impetus given to the protection of intellectual property. As a result, commercial technology transfer has become an important element of the internaţional business environment. It is noted that the technology transfer process can be problematic and that, in most cases, the assignees do not have the necessary skills to manage it efficiently. The paper analyzes the approach to technology transfer from the positions of the life cycle for its planning and implementation, so as to facilitate the solution of some of the important problems of process management faced by technology transfer project managers and to avoid errors. The strengths and weaknesses of different models and methods of technology transfer are shown. Este importanta cunoaşterea impactului unor mai puternice DPI asupra efectelor de TT în ŢCD. Un astfel de impact depinde în mare măsură de caracteristicile structurale ale ţării ofertante, cum ar fi capacităţile tehnologice şi calitatea instituţională. Furnizarea unei strictete mai mari DPI ca atare nu poate compensa problemele structurale in promovarea TT. Este extrem de necesar luarea în consideraţie a factorilor structurali specifici fiecărei tari participante la TT. Este necesara si o regândire metodologică în efectuarea analizelor pentru a elucida influentele asupra eficientei TT.; The efforts of advanced countries to harmonize and strengthen intellectual property rights (IPR) have sparked a heated topic of discussion related to their role as catalysts for technology transfer (TT). It is important to know the impact of stronger IPR on the effects of TT in developing countries. Such an impact depends to a large extent on the structural characteristics of the bidding country, such as technological capabilities and instituţional quality. Providing more stringent IPR as such cannot compensate the structural issues in promoting TT. It is extremely necessary to take into account the structural factors specific to each country participating in the TT. A methodological rethinking is also needed in performing the analyzes in order to elucidate the influences to the TT efficiency. The conceptual approaches for intelligent manufacturing have been reviewed and analyzed. It has been shown that computerization, digitization and communication are the three cardinal directions that allow the merging of "real" reality entities with virtual reality entities. The digitization of physical entities, the ability of autonomous objects to communicate with each other and with people through special protocols and Internet of Things technology allow an efficiency of the industry. The industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart manufacturing have become the most popular industrial technical paradigms and industrial business concepts in recent years. With the continued integration of emerging information and communication technologies, the manufacturing industry is expected to experience a revolution in its way of operating towards autonomous and intelligent production.
