Cercetarea, în care s-a eleborat teza, este legată de studiul aprofundat în anatomia piciorului și patologiile membrelor inferioare, la fel și de analiza sortimentului de încălțăminte ortopedică creată la CREPOR pentru diferite grupuri de patologii. Contribuțiile la rezolvarea temei propuse sunt prezentate în fiecare capitol, în continuare fiind prezentat un sumar. Concluziile generale ale lucrării și posibilitățile de dezvoltare ulterioară sunt prezentate în finalul lucrării alături de contribuţiile originale ale autoarei.; The master's thesis was developed out of the need to improve the quality of products and services by developing the range of orthopedic footwear, based on the use of modern means of information. The research, in which the thesis was elaborated, is related to the in-depth study in the anatomy of the foot and the pathologies of the lower limbs, as well as to the analysis of the range of orthopedic shoes created at CREPOR for different groups of pathologies. The general conclusions of the paper and the possibilities for further development are presented at the end of the paper along with the original contributions of the author. Оbjectives of thesis: to determine the phenomenon of defense resources management, establishing the role and place of the equipment service of the National Army as well as the attributions of the entities participating in the equipment insurance management process; to investigate the need to optimize the management of military equipment; to analyze the determinations and dimensions of the defense resources management that lead to the optimization of the military equipment management; to explain the coordinates to be taken into account when optimizing the management of insurance with military equipment; to propose some solutions that will lead to the simplification of some activities. Obiectivele cercetării: Elucidarea principiilor de management contemporan al calităţii in cadrul întreprinderilor industriale, a organizării sistemului de management al calităţii şi a metodelor, instrumentelor cunoscute şi aplicate pe plan internaţional pentru a spori calitatea şi competitivitatea produselor şi companiei in ansamblu. Analiza diagnostic, la etapa actuală, a aspectelor legate de calitate in cadrul întreprinderii „Plastic Tehnology” SRL″ producătoare de clăpari pentru ski. Elaborarea recomandărilor de îmbunătăţire a calităţii proceselor şi produselor intreprinderii „Plastic Tehnology” SRL″. Metode de cercetare aplicate: La elaborarea tezei de master au fost utilizate metode clasice de cercetare: observarea empirică, analiza cantitativă, calitativă şi istorică, analiza dinamică a situaţiei in compania cercetată, comparația, sinteza, inducția și deducția, analiza SWOT, metode şi instrumente specifice managementului calităţii: diagrama Pareto, diagrama Shewhart. Rezultate obţinute: S-au analizat, structurat şi prezentat argumentele în favoarea dezvoltăţii şi valorificării Sistemului de management al calităţii (SMC) conform ISO 9001:2015 in vederea asigurării calităţii şi competitivităţii produselor unei companii industriale. Analiza managementului calităţii la întreprinderea „Plastic Tehnology” SRL″ din Rîşcani, producătoare de clăpari pentru ski, a aratat că compania are implementat si certificat SMC conform ISO 9001:2015, fiind stabilite politica şi obiectivele în domeniul calităţii. Procesul de producţie în ansamblu, din punct de vedere al asigurării nivelului de calitate planificat al produselor este ţinut sub control statistic şi noncalitatea internă nu depăşeşte 1,25% defecte din totalul de produse fabricate. Însă, din Analiza SWOT rezultă că există riscul ca compania sa nu atingă obiectivele in domeniul calităţii din cauza lipsei de personal calificat şi motivat şi a ritmului lent de implementare a documenţaţiei SMC la filiala din Rîşcani. S-a recomandat şi argumentat necesitatea creării departamentului de calitate (DC), s-a elaborat structura organizatorică al acestuia şi atribuţiile de funcţie a personalului DC. S-a recomandat implementarea unor măsuri de motivare a personalului pentru a îmbunătăţi calitatea şi a spori productivitatea, precum şi dotarea secţiei de croit si cusut cu unele utilaje performante. La fel, cu scopul de a spori calitatea se recomandă de analizat şi selectat furnizorii de materii prime şi materiale auxiliare, conform metodologiei propuse, pentru a aproviziona direct compania, fără intermediari.; Purpose of the research: Elaboration of recommendations to improve the quality of the processes and products of the enterprise „Plastic Technology” SRL″ based on the analysis and evaluation of the particularities regarding the quality management within this company at its current stage. Research objectives: To clarify the principles of contemporary quality management in industrial enterprises, the organization of the quality management system and the methods, known tools and applied internationally to enhance the quality and competitiveness of products and the company as a whole. Diagnostic analysis, at the current stage, of the quality aspects in the enterprise „Plastic Technology” SRL″ producing ski shoes. Develop recommendations to improve the quality of the processes and products of the enterprise „Plastic Technology” SRL″. Applied research methods: Traditional research methods were used in the development of the Master's thesis: Empirical observation, quantitative, qualitative and historical analysis, dynamic analysis of the situation in the company, comparison, synthesis, induction and deduction, SWOT analysis, methods and tools specific to quality management: Pareto chart, Shewhart chart. Results obtained: The arguments for developing and enhancing the quality management system (SMC) according to ISO 9001:2015 have been analyzed, structured and presented in order to ensure the quality and competitiveness of an industrial company’s products. The quality management analysis of „plastic technology” SRL″ from Riscani, a ski shoes manufacturer, showed that the company has implemented and certified SMC according to ISO 9001:2015, and the quality policy and objectives are set. The whole production process, in terms of ensuring the set level of quality of the products is kept under statistical control and the defect percentage does not exceed 1,25 of the entire ammount of the products manufactured. However, the SWOT analysis shows that there is a risk that the company wouldn’t achieve the quality objectives due to a lack of qualified and motivated personnel and the slow pace of implementation of SMC documentation at the Riscani subsidiary. It was recommended that the Quality Department (QD) should be created, there were developed the organizational structure and the functions of the QD personnel. It was recommended to implement personnel motivation measures to improve quality and increase productivity, as well as to equip the cutting and sewing section with some high- performance machinery. In order to increase the quality, suppliers of raw materials and ancillary materials should be analyzed and selected in accordance with the proposed methodology in order to supply directly. Multe dintre activitățile din domeniul producerii și dezvoltării de produs au scop de reprofilare a activitățiilor, de soluții noi de dezvoltare a activității de producere, și creșterea economică, aceasta poate fi realizată prin creșterea cantitativă și calitativă a factorilor de producție. Petru acest lucru e necesar de venit cu soluții de dezvoltare și îmbunătățire a entității, prin aderarea la fonduri de dezvoltare a afacerilor. Modelul de afaceri este un instrument conectat cu strategia, menit să asigure în primul rând creșterea economică care stă la baza dezvoltării domeniului. Astfel în capitolul I, s-a analizat modelarea proceselor activității operaționale în contextul dezvoltării întreprinderilor mici, acest contex a pus evidența problemei care pot apărea în procesul de producție, și care ar putea fi soluția de creștere și dezvoltare a entității. Capitolul II reprezintă o analiză a situației existente în cadrul entității privind analiza activității. Aceasta cuprinde: prezentarea structurii organizatorice a întreprinderii, a sortimentului de produse fabricat, care este e îmbrăcăminte pentru noapte și pentru casă, procesul de producere. Analiza activității economice a entității, aceasta este în proces de dezvoltare, la moment profit este mic, din cauza, activelor imobiliare înnalte. În capitolul III, în baza analizei diagnostic a entității s-a recomandat și argumentat elaborarea planului de dezvoltare a entității SRL’’ANAGEO TEXTIL’’ prin: elaborarea business plan de dezvoltare a afacerii, astfel se propune dezvoltarea a noii linii de producere, cu reproficare, bazată pe producerea lengeriei de corp.; In the thesis was analyzed the situation regarding the development of processes and products within the company SRL "ANAGEO TEXTIL", which is a small garment company. Many of the activities in the field of production and product development aim at reprofiling the activities, new solutions for the development of the production activity, and the economic growth, this can be achieved by the quantitative and qualitative increase of the production factors. For this is necessary to come up with solutions for the development and improvement of the entity, by joining the business development funds. The business model is a tool connected with the strategy, meant to ensure first of all the economic growth that underlies the development of the field. In Chapter I, it was analyzed the modeling of operational activity processes in the context of small business development, this context highlighted the problem that may arise in the production process, and which could be the solution for growth and development of the entity. Chapter II represents an analysis about the existing situation of the entity's activity. This includes: the presentation of the organizational structure of the enterprise, the range of products manufactured, which are the clothing for the night and for the house, the production process. The analysis of the economic activity of the entity, is in the process of development, and the profit is low at the moment, because the real estate assets are to high. In Chapter III, on the base of the diagnostic analysis of the entity, was recommended and argued the elaboration of the development business plan of the entity SRL '' ANAGEO TEXTIL '' by: elaboration of the business plan, that will developes the new production line based on the production of body linen.
