Evaluarea funcţiei de personal în cadrul fabricilor de confecţii din Republica Moldova VÎRCOLICI, M. Prezenta lucrare este dedicată evaluării funcţiei de personal în cadrul fabricilor de confecţii din Republica Moldova. Se prezintă principalele tendinţe în dezvoltarea secţiilor de personal, se analizează eficienţa activităţii acestora şi este efectuat benchmarkingul. De asemenea, s-a elaborat analiza SWOT pentru secţiile de personal din sectorul de confecţii autohton.; Present paper is dedicated to the evaluation of personnel function at clothing factories from the Republic of Moldova. The main trends in the development of Human Resources Departments are revealed, the efficiency of their activity is analyzed and the benchmarking is made. Also, the SWOT analysis was developed for Human Resources Departments from the local clothing sector.; L`œuvre présente est dédié à l`évaluation de la fonction du personnel en cadre des fabriques de confections de République Moldova. On présente les principaux tendances dans le dé Ressources Humaines, on fait l` on fait l`analyse de l`efficacité de l`activité de celles-ci et an effectué le benchmarking. Aussi on a élaboré l`analyse SWOT pour les Ressources Humaines du secteur de confections autochtone.; В данной работе представлена оценка функции персонала на швейных предприятиях Республики Молдова. Выявлены основные тенденции в развитии отделов кадров, анализируется эффективность их деятельности и проведен бенчмаркинг. Также был разработан СВОТ-анализ для отделов кадров из швейной отрасли.

Concepţia eficientizării sistemului de asistenţă socială în Republica Moldova GNIP, T. Redistribuirea corectă a prestaţiilor sociale într-o societate modernă este problema cheie care dă posibilitatea menţinerii unui echilibru între diferite pături sociale ale populaţiei. Întru direcţionarea prestaţiilor sociale spre cele mai nevoiaşe pături ale societăţii, în calitate de criterii privind acordarea dreptului la aceste prestaţii, pot servi diverşi indicatori. Studiile efectuate cu privire la programele de indemnizaţii din întreaga lume, au demonstrat că cele mai rezultative sunt verificarea veniturilor, proxi-evaluarea (sistemul de puncte), identificarea beneficiarilor la nivel local, orientarea demografică la copii. Pentru RM criteriul cel mai eficient consideram că ar fi sistemul mixt de testare a veniturilor cu "filtre".; The correct redistribution of social services in a modern society is a key problem, which gives the possibility to maintain equilibrium between different sections of the people. In the process of orientation the social services in the direction of needy people of society, as a criterion regarding the granting of rights to this services may serve different indicators. The investigations performed concerning the programmers of indemnity pay in the whole world have proved that the most effective ones are: the checking of incomes, proxy-valuation (the points system), and the identifications of beneficiaries on a local level, demographic orientation over the children.; La correcte redistribution des services sociales dans une société moderne est le principale question quel donne la possibilité de maintenir l’équilibre entre différentes catégories sociales. Pour orienter les services sociaux vers les plus pauvres catégories sociales, à titre de critère concernant le droit pour ces services, il y a différents indicateurs. Les études réalisés en tant que les prog-rammes des indemnisations dans tout le monde, ont prouvés que le plus efficientes sont : la vérification des revenus, la proxiévaluation, l’identification des bénéficiaires au niveau local, l’orientation démographique vers les enfants.; Правильное перераспределение социального обеспечения в современном обществе - ключевая проблема, которая дает возможность поддержать равновесие между различными слоев населения. В процессе ориентации социальных обеспечений в направлении нуждающихся, как критерий относительно предоставления прав на эти услуги могут служить различные индикаторы. Исследова-ния, выполненные относительно социальных прог-рамм компенсации в мире доказали, что самые эффективные являются : проверка доходов, proxi-оценка и идентификации получателей на местном уровне, демографическая ориентация по детям.
