Fabricii 1 CALMAȚUI, Vladislav Prezenta lucrare de licență are ca temă designul interior al Restaurantului Florești, amplasat în r-nul Florești, or. Ghindești, str. Fabricii 1. Proiectul propune reconversia unei foste clădiri industriale, utilizate anterior ca berărie, într-un restaurant premium de tip steakhouse loft, cu bucătărie europeană și atmosferă industrial-luxury. Clădirea analizată are o suprafață totală aproximativă de 1250 m² și se caracterizează printr-o structură masivă, pereți portanți din cărămidă, spații interioare ample, goluri tehnologice și diferențe importante de nivel. Aceste elemente au stat la baza conceptului de proiectare, fiind păstrate și valorificate în noua amenajare interioară. Scopul principal al proiectului este adaptarea unei construcții industriale existente la o funcțiune contemporană de alimentație publică, fără pierderea identității arhitecturale originale. Soluția funcțională organizează restaurantul pe mai multe niveluri. Parterul include sala principală de servire, zona de recepție, barul, bucătăriile, depozitele, grupurile sanitare și spațiile pentru personal. Nivelurile superioare sunt amenajate ca terase și galerii de servire, legate vizual printr-un atrium central. Acoperișul de sticlă contribuie la iluminarea naturală a spațiului și accentuează caracterul monumental al interiorului. Din punct de vedere artistic, proiectul se bazează pe combinarea materialelor industriale cu elemente premium. Pereții existenți din cărămidă sunt păstrați și restaurați, iar pereții noi sunt placați cu plăcuțe tip Klinker. Pardoseala principală este realizată din microciment, tavanul este vopsit în nuanță antracit, iar mobilierul combină lemnul masiv, pielea și metalul negru. Iluminarea caldă, corpurile suspendate și aplicele de perete contribuie la crearea unei atmosfere puternice, dramatice și confortabile. Lucrarea include analiza situației existente, soluțiile arhitectural-constructive, conceptul artistico-decorativ, calculul iluminării artificiale și tehnologia lucrărilor de finisare. Prin soluțiile propuse, proiectul demonstrează posibilitatea valorificării unei clădiri industriale vechi printr-o funcțiune publică modernă, păstrând memoria locului și transformând-o într-o experiență interioară actuală.; This bachelor thesis focuses on the interior design of Restaurant Florești, located in Florești district, Ghindești town, Fabricii Street 1. The project proposes the conversion of a former industrial building, previously used as a brewery, into a premium steakhouse loft restaurant with European cuisine and an industrial-luxury atmosphere. The analyzed building has an approximate total area of 1250 m² and is defined by a massive structure, load-bearing brick walls, large interior spaces, technological openings and important differences in level. These existing elements became the foundation of the design concept and were preserved and integrated into the new interior solution. The main purpose of the project is to adapt an industrial building to a contemporary public catering function while maintaining its original architectural identity. The functional solution organizes the restaurant on several levels. The ground floor includes the main dining hall, reception area, bar, kitchens, storage rooms, sanitary units and staff areas. The upper levels are designed as interior terraces and dining galleries, visually connected through a central atrium. The glass roof contributes to the natural lighting of the space and emphasizes the monumental character of the interior. From an artistic point of view, the project is based on the combination of industrial materials with premium interior elements. The existing brick walls are preserved and restored, while the newly built walls are finished with Klinker brick tiles. The main flooring is made of microcement, the ceiling is painted in an anthracite shade, and the furniture combines solid wood, leather and black metal. Warm lighting, suspended lamps and wall sconces help create a strong, dramatic and comfortable atmosphere. The thesis includes the analysis of the existing situation, architectural and constructive solutions, the artistic and decorative concept, the calculation of artificial lighting and the technology of finishing works. Through the proposed solutions, the project demonstrates the possibility of reusing an old industrial building through a modern public function, preserving the memory of the place and transforming it into a contemporary interior experience. Design interior al Teatrului Republican "Luceafărul" or. Chișinău BUSMACHIU, Ilie Lucrarea de față abordează problematica proiectării și reamenajării spațiilor culturale contemporane, având ca studiu de caz Teatrul Republican „Luceafărul” din Chișinău. Cercetarea urmărește analiza caracteristicilor funcționale, estetice și tehnice ale spațiului existent, precum și identificarea unor soluții de design interior capabile să răspundă cerințelor actuale ale utilizatorilor și tendințelor contemporane din domeniu. În cadrul lucrării sunt examinate principiile de organizare a spațiilor teatrale, influența iluminatului, a materialelor și a cromaticii asupra percepției vizuale, precum și rolul ergonomiei și al acusticii în asigurarea confortului și a unei experiențe culturale de calitate. De asemenea, lucrarea evidențiază importanța integrării principiilor de sustenabilitate și ecodesign în procesul de proiectare, prin utilizarea materialelor prietenoase cu mediul și implementarea unor soluții eficiente din punct de vedere energetic. Propunerile elaborate urmăresc modernizarea și optimizarea spațiilor interioare ale teatrului, păstrând în același timp identitatea arhitecturală și valoarea culturală a edificiului. Rezultatele cercetării demonstrează că aplicarea unor concepte contemporane de design interior poate contribui la creșterea funcționalității, atractivității și calității experienței oferite publicului, consolidând rolul teatrului ca spațiu cultural reprezentativ în mediul urban.; This paper addresses the issue of designing and redeveloping contemporary cultural spaces, using the Luceafărul Republican Theatre as a case study. The research aims to analyze the functional, aesthetic, and technical characteristics of the existing space, as well as to identify interior design solutions capable of meeting current user requirements and contemporary trends in the field. The study examines the principles of organizing theatrical spaces, the influence of lighting, materials, and color schemes on visual perception, as well as the role of ergonomics and acoustics in ensuring comfort and delivering a high-quality cultural experience. Furthermore, the paper highlights the importance of integrating sustainability and eco-design principles into the design process through the use of environmentally friendly materials and energy efficient solutions. The proposed concepts aim to modernize and optimize the theatre’s interior spaces while preserving the architectural identity and cultural value of the building. The research findings demonstrate that the application of contemporary interior design concepts can contribute to increasing functionality, attractiveness, and the overall quality of the audience experience, thereby strengthening the theatre’s role as a representative cultural space within the urban environment. Stefan cel Mare 111B BRATAN, Valeria Этот дипломный проект посвящён разработке дизайна интерьера фитнес-центра, расположенного в городе Кагул по адресу ул. Штефан чел Маре 111B, в торговом центре Linella. Основная цель проекта -создание современного, функционального и эргономичного пространства, обеспечивающего комфортные условия для занятий спортом и отдыха. Концепция интерьера основана на современном минимализме с акцентом на эффективную организацию пространства, комфорт посетителей и создание мотивирующей и расслабляющей атмосферы. Проект включает анализ конструктивных особенностей существующего здания, климатических и функциональных условий, а также эргономических и психологических требований пользователей. Была предложена реорганизация внутреннего пространства с чётким разделением функциональных зон: рецепция, лаунж-зона, тренажёрный зал, зона стретчинга, раздевалки, санитарные помещения, детская зона и административные пространства. Особое внимание уделено естественному и искусственному освещению, обеспечивающему визуальный комфорт, безопасность и подчёркивающему архитектурную композицию интерьера. Также в проекте представлены современные конструктивные и декоративные решения с использованием прочных и эстетичных материалов, таких как дерево, декоративный камень, стекло, матовые поверхности и полиуретановые покрытия. Описаны инженерные системы вентиляции, кондиционирования, освещения и сантехнического оборудования. Цветовая гамма построена на нейтральных и природных оттенках -бежевом, графитовом, белом и древесных текстурах, создающих комфортную и гармоничную атмосферу. В результате проект демонстрирует, как интерьерный дизайн способен формировать современный, привлекательный и конкурентоспособный фитнес-центр.; The project includes an analysis of the structural characteristics of the existing building, climatic and functional conditions, as well as ergonomic and psychological requirements of users. A reorganization of the interior space was proposed through a clear division of functional areas, including the reception zone, lounge area, training hall, stretching zone, locker rooms, sanitary facilities, children’s area, and administrative spaces. Particular attention is given to both natural and artificial lighting, designed to ensure visual comfort, safety, and enhancement of the architectural composition of the interior. The project also presents modern constructive and decorative solutions, including the use of durable and aesthetic materials such as wood, decorative stone, glass, matte surfaces, and polyurethane finishes. Engineering systems for ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and sanitary equipment are also described. The color palette is based on neutral and natural tones — beige, graphite, white, and wooden textures — creating a balanced and comfortable atmosphere. As a result, the project demonstrates how interior design can contribute to the creation of a contemporary, attractive, and competitive fitness center. Design interior a clinicii veterinare "Petcare" amplasată în or. Cahul, str. Ștefan cel Mare 64 BRATAN, Evghenia В проекте представлено переустройство (реконверсия) существующего коммерческого пространства, расположенного на улице Штефан чел Маре в муниципии Кагул, в современную ветеринарную клинику «PetCare». Анализируемое помещение ранее функционировало как строительный магазин и имело открытую планировочную структуру, характерную для торговой и логистической деятельности. В ходе функционально-технического анализа было установлено, что существующая среда не соответствует санитарным, эргономическим и психологическим требованиям, предъявляемым к ветеринарным учреждениям. В рамках проекта была проведена полная реорганизация внутреннего пространства с внедрением четкой и эффективной функциональной структуры. План клиники включает в себя общественную зону с рецепцией и ветеринарной аптекой, блок консультаций и процедурных, хирургический блок, стационар для животных, административные помещения и специализированные технические комнаты. Функциональное зонирование направлено на разделение «чистых» и «грязных (контаминированных)» потоков, снижение риска перекрестного инфицирования и оптимизацию работы медицинского персонала. Предложенные конструктивные решения сохраняют существующую несущую структуру строения и предусматривают использование межкомнатных перегородок из влагостойкого и звукоизоляционного гипсокартона. Отделочные материалы были подобраны в соответствии с санитарными нормами, применимыми к ветеринарно-медицинским учреждениям: использованы антибактериальные гомогенные напольные покрытия из ПВХ, керамогранит, моющиеся антибактериальные краски и подвесные потолки с высокими гигиеническими свойствами. Особое внимание было уделено художественной и психологической концепции интерьера. Дизайн клиники базируется на технологичном минимализме и скандинавском эко-минимализме, что направлено на снижение уровня стресса у животных и создание комфортной атмосферы для персонала и посетителей. Цветовая палитра выстроена на основе функциональных и психологических принципов; каждая зона дифференцирована с помощью специфических оттенков, которые способствуют интуитивной навигации и созданию спокойной, безопасной среды. Система освещения спроектирована в соответствии с принципами строительной физики и современными стандартами медицинского освещения. Предусмотрены энергоэффективные светодиодные (LED) источники света с цветовой температурой, адаптированной под назначение каждого помещения, и высоким индексом цветопередачи. В результате разработки проекта была доказана возможность эффективной адаптации существующего коммерческого пространства под функции современной ветеринарной клиники. Предложенные архитектурные и инженерные решения позволяют создать безопасную, функциональную и комфортную среду как для животных, так и для медицинского персонала и владельцев. Применение принципов функционального зонирования, использование материалов, соответствующих санитарным требованиям, и интеграция современной эстетической концепции способствуют повышению качества ветеринарных услуг и снижению уровня стресса у пациентов. Вместе с тем, проект демонстрирует важность взаимосвязи между дизайном интерьера, эргономикой, психологией цвета и техническими стандартами при реализации современных медицинских пространств.; The project presents the conversion of an existing commercial space located on Ștefan cel Mare Street in the municipality of Cahul into a modern veterinary clinic called “PetCare.” The analyzed space previously functioned as a construction materials store, featuring an open layout typical of commercial and logistical activities. Following the functional and technical analysis, it was determined that the existing environment did not meet the sanitary, ergonomic, and psychological requirements necessary for a veterinary medical facility. Within the framework of the project, a complete reorganization of the interior space was carried out through the introduction of a clear and efficient functional structure. The clinic layout includes a public area with reception and veterinary pharmacy, consultation and treatment rooms, a surgical block, animal hospitalization areas, administrative spaces, and specialized technical rooms. The functional organization aims to separate “clean” and “contaminated” circulation flows, reduce the risk of infections, and optimize the activity of the medical staff. The proposed constructive solutions preserve the existing load-bearing structure and provide for the use of plasterboard partition walls with soundproofing and moisture-resistant properties. The finishing materials were selected according to sanitary standards applicable to veterinary medical institutions, including antibacterial homogeneous PVC flooring, porcelain stoneware tiles, antibacterial washable paints, and suspended ceilings with hygienic properties. Special attention was given to the artistic and psychological concept of the interior. The clinic’s design is based on technological minimalism and Scandinavian eco-minimalism, aiming to reduce animal stress and create a comfortable atmosphere for staff and visitors. The color palette is organized according to functional and psychological principles, with each area differentiated by specific colors that contribute to intuitive orientation and the creation of a calm and safe environment. The lighting system was designed in accordance with building physics principles and modern medical lighting standards. Energy-efficient LED light sources were implemented, with color temperatures adapted to the function of each room and a high color rendering index. The development of the project demonstrated the possibility of efficiently adapting an existing commercial space to the function of a modern veterinary clinic. The proposed architectural and engineering solutions allow the creation of a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for animals, medical personnel, and pet owners alike. The application of functional zoning principles, the use of materials compliant with sanitary requirements, and the integration of a contemporary aesthetic concept contribute to improving the quality of veterinary services and reducing patient stress levels. At the same time, the project demonstrates the importance of the relationship between interior design, ergonomics, color psychology, and technical standards in the creation of modern medical spaces.
