This article aims to highlight philosophical issues related to - the role and significance of
philosophy, the relationship between philosophy and science, psychology, in defining philosophy from
the point of view of the Romanian thinker I. Petrovici. The article highlights the thinker's concerns
about - what is in essence philosophy, what is its significance, role and importance, how it is treated
in different historical periods of human development and what were the main factors that formed the
basis of such characterizations.; Lucrarea dată își pune ca scop să scoată în evidență probleme filosofice ce țin de – rolul
şi însemnătatea filosofiei, relația între filosofie şi știință, psihologie în definirea filosofiei din punctul
de vedere a gânditorului român Ion Petrovici. În lucrare sunt evidențiate preocupările gânditorului
față de - ce este în esența sa filosofia, care este însemnătatea, rolul şi importanța ei, cum este tratată
ea în diferite perioade istorice a dezvoltării omenirii şi care au fost factorii principali care au stat la
baza unor astfel de caracterizări.

The concept of socio-economic development of Russia provides for the intensification of
production on the basis of innovations created in the process of scientific and engineering activities.
The intensification of processes is associated with the solution of a complex scientific and technical
problem. It is aimed at increasing economic efficiency as a result of a targeted impact on the
performance of equipment, reducing the consumption of materials and energy, improving product
quality, reducing labor costs, etc.; Концепция социально-экономического развития России предусматривает
интенсификацию производства на основе инноваций, создаваемых в процессе научной и
инженерной деятельности. Интенсификация процессов связана с решением комплексной
научно-технической проблемы. Она направлена на увеличение экономической эффективности
в результате целенаправленного воздействия на производительность оборудования,
уменьшение расхода материалов и энергии, улучшение качества продукции, снижение затрат
труда и др.

The article aims to describe the context in which today it is necessary to problematize what
we can call the ethos of knowledge and scientific research. In particular, the aim is to describe the
general framework of the current era, generically designated by the concept of agnotology or
agnogenesis, which comes to name the phenomenon and at the same time the process of production
and intentional propagation of ignorance. Recognizing the ontogenetic role of ignorance in today's
world, it shows the importance of new directions in today's epistemology. Especially, it is about
identifying the pathological forms of knowledge and epistemic vices, on the one hand, and refounding
the authentic cognitive and intellectual values, on the other hand.; Articolul își propune să descrie contextul în care astăzi se impune problematizarea a ceea
ce putem numi ethosul cunoașterii și cercetării științifice. În particular, se urmărește descrierea
cadrului general al epocii actuale, desemnate generic prin conceptul de agnotologie sau agnogeneză,
ce vine să numească fenomenul și totodată procesul de producere și propagare intenționată a
ignoranței. Recunoscând rolul ontogenetic al ignoranței în lumea actuală, se arată importanța care
revine noilor direcții în epistemologia de astăzi. În mod special, e vorba de identificarea formelor
patologice ale cunoașterii și a viciilor epistemice, pe de o parte, și refundamentarea autenticilor
valori cognitive și intelectuale, pe de altă parte.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is considered essential and relevant in shaping
the actions to be taken by a state during a pandemic. The Declaration is valid both in the emergency
situation in public health and for improving people’s quality of life and livelihoods. The vulnerability
of a person, special status groups or even an entire country becomes a bioethical concern, because
they are permanently exposed to a risk: harm, exploitation, limited resources, limited autonomy, etc.,
and all these actions are reprehensible and morally wrong.
