Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: reflectă studierea unor indici microbiologici în salamuri de diferită proveniență. Obiectivele au constituit efectuarea investigațiilor microbiologice şi cercetarea microflorei bacteriene în sortimrntele de salam folosind metodele de investigare microbiologice. Cercetările de laborator au fost efectuate pe salam de diferite sortimente și efectuate cercetări în determinarea microflorei datorită metodelor microbiologice de laborator de cercetare. Semnificaţia teoretică. Cercetările microbiologice a sortimentelor de salamuri au fost efectuate în scopul determinării microorganismelor saprofite și patogene , care au constituit indici nepatogeni. Investigațiile microbiologice de laborator au oferit posibilitatea de a aprecia indicii microbiologici după schema conduitei de laborator de laborator.. Noutatea stiinţifică. Cercetările microbiologice după noutatea științifică ne-au oferit posibilitatea de a efectua unele concluzii asupra acestor sortimente de salamuri. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării. Lucrarea prezintă valoare după aspectele de cercetare și utilizarea frecventă a acestui produs alimentar în consum de consumatori.; The aim and objectives of the paper: reflect the study of some microbiological indices in salamis of different origins. The objectives were the performance of microbiological investigations and the research of the bacterial microflora in salami varieties using microbiological investigation methods. Laboratory research was carried out on salami of different varieties and research was carried out in the determination of microflora thanks to microbiological research laboratory methods. The theoretical significance. The microbiological research of salami assortments was carried out in order to determine the saprophytic and pathogenic microorganisms, which constituted non-pathogenic indices. Laboratory microbiological investigations provided the opportunity to appreciate microbiological indicators according to the scheme of laboratory laboratory conduct. Scientific novelty. Microbiological research after the scientific novelty gave us the opportunity to make some conclusions about these salami assortments. The applicative value of the work. The paper presents value by research aspects and the frequent use of this food product in consumer consumption.

Studiile efectuate au determinat rezultate în tratamentul și depistarea infecției parvovirozei canine.; The purpose and objectives of the work: carried out within the framework of the developed integrated higher education thesis was the monitoring of canine parvoviruses in the investigated canines. Research objectives: 1. Research on the spread of parvovirus infection depending on age and clinical picture; 2. Research on the treatment of various breeds of sick canines; 3. Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: studierea încărcăturii microbiene a laptelui de vacă și capră în normă proaspăt și după 2 și 4 zile de refrigerare. Obiectivele cercetărilor: 1. Stabilirea indicilor numărului de germeni în produsul alimenatar lapte; 2. Evidențierea indicilor saprofiți și patogeni; 3. Interpretarea rezultatelor referitoare la identificarea germenilor după testul reductazei cu rezazurină și albastru de metilen; Semnificația teoretică:Sunt redate rezultatele cercetărilor laptelui de vacă și capră și interpretarea gradului de poluare a acestora; Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării determină înregistrarea indicilor care să reflecte calitatea sortimentelor de lapte investigat.; The purpose and objectives of the work: to study the microbial load of cow and goat milk normally fresh and after 2 and 4 days of refrigeration. Establishing the indices of the number of germs in the food product milk; 2. Highlighting saprophytic and pathogenic indices; 3. Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: monitorizarea microflorei bacteriene în diferite sortimente de cărnuri ale animalelor tinere și interpretarea valorilor microbiologice obținute. Obiectivele lucrării relevă efectuarea investigațiilor microbiologice şi cercetarea microflorei bacteriene în cărnurile de la animalele tinere după conduita de laborator microbiologică. Investigațiile microbiologice au fost efectuate pe diferite prelevate de carne de la animalele tinere în scopul investigării microflorei prin intermediul metodelor microbiologice. Semnificaţia teoretică. Investigațiile de laborator a sortimentelor de prelevate de carne de miel, vițel și iepure au fost efectuate în scopul identificării bacteriilor saprofite și patogene. Investigațiile microbiologice de laborator au oferit posibilitatea de a aprecia indicii microbiologici după metodele de laborator microbiologice bacterioscopice și bacteriologice. Noutatea stiinţifică. Aspectele noutății științifice au oferit posibilitatea de a efectua unele concluzii referitor la poluarea bacteriană a sortimentelor de carne investigată. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării. Teza este valoroasă după aspectele de cercetare și rezultatele satisfăcătoare obținute în domeniul dat de cercetare.; The objectives of the work reveal the performance of microbiological investigations and the research of the bacterial microflora in the meats of young animals according to the microbiological laboratory conduct. Microbiological investigations were carried out on different meat samples from young animals in order to investigate the microflora by means of microbiological methods. The theoretical significance. Laboratory investigations of lamb, veal and rabbit meat samples were carried out in order to identify saprophytic and pathogenic bacteria. Laboratory microbiological investigations provided the opportunity to appreciate microbiological indices by bacterioscopic and bacteriological microbiological laboratory methods. Scientific novelty. The aspects of scientific novelty offered the possibility to make some conclusions regarding the bacterial pollution of the investigated meat assortments. The applicative value of the work. The thesis is valuable according to the research aspects and the satisfactory results obtained in the given field of research.
