Cercetări microbiologice a conjunctivitelor la animalele de companie URSU, Liudmila Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: constituie aprecierea speciilor microbiene investigate în cadrul patologiilor conjunctivale la animalele de companie investigate după aspectele microscopice și pasajele microbiene. Obiectivele au constituit efectuarea cercetărilor microbiologice şi determinarea microflorei conjunctivitelor înregistrate la animalele de companie de diferite rase prin intermediul de laborator a metodelor bacterioscopice și bacteriologice de laborator microbiologice. Investigațiile microbiologice au fost efectuate pe animalele de companie, rase diverse de canine și s-a efectuat evidențierea speciilor microbiene prin intermediul metodelor microbiologice de laborator de investigare. Semnificaţia teoretică. Investigațiile microbiologice a conjunctivitelor la animalele de companie au fost efectuate în scopul evaluării indicilor cantitativi prevalenți a acestor specii înregistrate la animalele de companie. Investigațiile microbiologice de laborator au permis aprecierea valorilor microbiologice frecvent implicate în patologia conjunctivitelor la animalele de companie după caracteristicile microbiologice specifice speciilor microbiene frecvent întâlnite. Noutatea stiinţifică. Cercetările microbiologice privind noutatea științifică ne-au oferit posibilitatea de a aprecia speciile microbiene în cadrul conjunctivitelor la animalele de companie și de a interpreta unele concluzii referitor la aspectele evaluărilor a identificării speciilor microbiene declanșatoare a conjunctivitelor întâlnite la animalele de companie. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării. Lucrarea prezintă valoare după metodologia de cercetare a patologiilor conjunctivale la animalele de companie prin relevarea valorilor microbiologice importante confirmate în prelevatele conjunctivale, confirmând diverse specii microbiene patogene declanșatoare de conjunctivite.; The purpose and objectives of the work: it is the assessment of the microbial species investigated in conjunctival pathologies in pets investigated according to the microscopic aspects and microbial passages. The objectives were to carry out microbiological research and determine the microflora of conjunctivitis recorded in pets of different breeds by means of laboratory bacterioscopic and bacteriological laboratory microbiological methods. Microbiological investigations were carried out on pets, various canine breeds, and microbial species were identified by means of microbiological investigative laboratory methods. The theoretical significance. Microbiological investigations of conjunctivitis in companion animals were carried out in order to evaluate the quantitative prevalence indices of these species recorded in companion animals. Laboratory microbiological investigations allowed the assessment of the microbiological values frequently involved in the pathology of conjunctivitis in pets according to the specific microbiological characteristics of frequently encountered microbial species. Scientific novelty. Microbiological research on the scientific novelty has given us the opportunity to appreciate the microbial species in conjunctivitis in companion animals and to interpret some conclusions regarding the aspects of the evaluations of the identification of microbial species triggering conjunctivitis in companion animals. The applicative value of the work. The work presents value according to the research methodology of conjunctival pathologies in companion animals by revealing important microbiological values confirmed in conjunctival samples, confirming various pathogenic microbial species triggering conjunctivitis. Controlul calității microbiologice a peștelui MORARU, Domnița Scopul şi obiectivele lucrării: constituie evaluarea și interpretarea microflorei bacteriene a peștelui după indicatorii microbiologici privind calitatea lui. Obiectivele au urmărit efectuarea cercetărilor microbiologice şi evaluarea microflorei speciilor microbiene saprofite și patogene în carnea de pește prin intermediul de laborator a testelor microbiologice. Cercetările microbiologice au fost realizate pe diferite sotimente de pește după indicatorii microbiologici, urmărind evidențierea microbiotei peștelui prin utilizarea metodelor microbiologice de investigare. Semnificaţia teoretică. Testele microbiologice a microflorei sortimentelor de pește au fost efectuate în scopul evaluării siguranței privind calitatea acestui produs frecvent folosit în alimentația omului. Testele microbiologice de laborator ne-au permis să determinăm indicii microbiologici frecvent implicați în poluarea peștelui. Noutatea stiinţifică. Evaluările microbiologice, care se referă la noutatea științifică ne-au oferit posibilitatea de a aprecia calitatea sortimentelor de pește și de a concluziona importanța rezutatelor obținute după aspectele evaluărilor a contaminării acestui produs alimentar. Lucrarea prezintă valoare din punct de vedere de investigare microbiologică prin obținerea indicilor microbiologici importanți confirmați în diverse sortimente de pește, confirmând o microfloră normală prielnică, care poate fi folosit în alimentație.; The purpose and objectives of the work: it is the evaluation and interpretation of the bacterial microflora of the fish according to the microbiological indicators regarding its quality. The objectives are at conducting microbiological research and evaluating the microflora of saprophytic and pathogenic microbial species in fish meat by means of laboratory microbiological tests. Microbiological research was carried out on different fish stocks according to microbiological indicators, aiming to highlight the microbiota of the fish by using microbiological methods of investigation. The theoretical significance. The microbiological tests of the microflora of the fish assortments were carried out in order to assess the safety regarding the quality of this product frequently used in human nutrition. Laboratory microbiological tests allowed us to determine microbiological indicators frequently involved in fish pollution. Scientific novelty. The microbiological evaluations, which refer to the scientific novelty, gave us the opportunity to appreciate the quality of the fish assortments and to conclude the importance of the results obtained according to the aspects of the evaluations of the contamination of this food product. The applicative value of the work. The work presents value from the point of view of microbiological investigation by obtaining important microbiological indices confirmed in various varieties of fish, confirming a normal favorable microflora that can be used in food. The objectives are represented by some microbiological research and the identification of the microflora of allergic dermatitis registered in canines of different breeds through the methods of microbiological laboratory research. Microbiological investigations were carried out on canines of different breeds and the identification of the triggering microbial germs represented by fungi, yeasts and microorganisms was carried out. The objectives were to perform immunological investigations and determine blood immunological indices in cattle, interpret the obtained results and propose some recommendations. Immunological investigations were performed on young and adult cattle, and cellular immunological indices were revealed by immunological investigative laboratory methods. The theoretical significance. Immunological investigations in the didactic cattle farm of young and adult cattle regarding some immunological aspects were carried out in order to evaluate quantitative and qualitative indices from an immunological point of view.
