The natural language processing (NLP) field has witnessed remarkable advancements with the advent of large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. These models are trained on vast amounts of text data, allowing them to generate human-like responses for various tasks. However, despite their impressive capabilities, LLMs have limitations in their ability to incorporate and reason over external knowledge that is not in their training data. This limitation of LLMs is particularly evident in the case of specific domain knowledge. This situation has given rise to the concept of retrieval augmented generation (RAG), an approach that combines the generative power of LLMs with the ability to retrieve and integrate relevant information from external knowledge sources. This research attempts to use RAG as a module in an application designed to answer questions concerning a specific domain, namely social philosophy/philosophy of management, using a published book from the respective domain as an external source. The paper analyzes the mentioned application output, draws conclusions, and traces future directions to improve the accuracy of the output.; Domeniul procesării limbajului natural (NLP) a fost martorul unor progrese remarcabile odată cu apariția modelelor de limbaj mari (LLM) precum GPT, Gemini, PaLM, Claude și altele. Aceste modele sunt antrenate pe cantități mari de date text, permițându-le să genereze răspunsuri asemănătoare omului pentru diferite sarcini. Cu toate acestea, în ciuda capacităților lor impresionante, LLM-urile au limitări în capacitatea lor de a încorpora și raționa cunoștințele externe care nu sunt în datele lor de formare. Această limitare a LLMurilor este deosebit de evidentă în cazul cunoștințelor specifice domeniului. Această situație a dat naștere conceptului de retrieval augmented generation (RAG), o abordare care combină puterea generativă a LLM-urilor cu capacitatea de a prelua și integra informații relevante din surse externe de cunoștințe. Această cercetare încearcă să utilize ze RAG ca modul întro aplicație menită să răspundă la întrebări referitoare la un anumit domeniu, și anume filosofia socială/filosofia managementului, folosind ca sursă externă o carte publicată din domeniul respectiv. Lucrarea analizează rezultatul aplicației menționate, trage concluzii și urmărește direcțiile viitoare pentru a îmbunătăți acuratețea rezultatelor.

The quality of transport services represents the most comprehensive and synthetic attribute that reflects the performance of a transport system. In the public transport system, the quality of service is largely influenced by the way passengers perceive its performance. The quality of transport services is assessed according to a number of technical and economic indicators that characterize the performance of transport operators within the framework of the urban public transport system. The article aims to identify the criteria for evaluating the quality of urban public transport services based on the study carried out for the public transport system of the municipality of Chisinau and to describe the indicators that reflect the performance offered by the public transport system, as perceived by passengers. It should be noted that the quality of the urban public transport service has a direct impact on the quality of life of all city residents. The study includes a concrete survey of the beneficiaries of public transport in the municipality of Chisinau, which analyzes the quality criteria and their rate of appreciation by the inhabitants of the municipality. Finally, conclusions and future directions of action aimed at improving the quality of services and increasing the attractiveness of urban public transport are presented, thus contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants.; Calitatea serviciilor de transport reprezintă cel mai cuprinzător și sintetic atribut care reflectă performanțele unui sistem de transport. În sistemul de transport public, calitatea serviciului este influențată în mare măsură de modul în care pasagerii percep performanțele acestuia. Calitatea serviciilor de transport se apreciază după un număr de indicatori tehnici şi economici care caracterizează performanțele activității operatorilor de transport în cadru sistemului de transport public urban. Articolul își propune să identifice criteriile de evaluare a calității serviciilor de transport public urban în baza studiului realizat pentru sistemul de transport public al municipiului Chișinău și să descrie indicatorii care reflectă performanțele oferite de sistemul de transport public, perceput de călători. De menționat că calitatea serviciului de transport public urban are un impact direct asupra calității vieții tuturor locuitorilor urbei. Studiul include un sondaj concret a beneficiarilor transportului public din mun. Chişinău, care analizează criteriile de calitate şi rata de apreciare a acestora de către locuitorii municipiului. În final, sunt prezentate concluzii și direcții viitoare de acțiune menite să îmbunătățească calitatea serviciilor și să crească atractivitatea transportului public urban, contribuind astfel la îmbunătățirea calității vieții locuitorilor.

Food processing, which generates both by-products and waste, requires a revision of modern processes in the framework of the development of non-residual, environmentally friendly processes. Dairy by-products require the development of complex zero-waste technologies. Electroactivation is an emerging process to overcome those challenges, which allows for non-residual processing of milk by-products. Electroactivation, managing both the technological regimes and the geometric/technical parameters of the electrolyzers used to process different types of whey, allows both the electrofractionation of the whey proteins recovered in protein mineral concentrates enriched, under certain process conditions, with a certain protein content, but also the simultaneous isomerization of lactose into lactulose following two mechanisms, and creating a closed process cycle. The geometry of the electrolyzers and the content of the secondary liquid (anodic liquid) influence both the extraction and the formation of protein compounds enriched with alpha-lactalbumin, as well as the formation of a complex between calcium and isomerized lactulose.; Procesarea alimentelor, care generează atât subproduse, cât și deșeuri, necesită o revizuire a proceselor moderne în contextul dezvoltării unor procese non-reziduale, ecologice. Subprodusele lactate necesită dezvoltarea tehnologiilor complexe - zero deșeuri. Electroactivarea este o metodă emergentă de soluționare a acestor provocări, și permite prelucrarea non-reziduală a subproduselor lactate. Gestionând atât regimurile tehnologice, cât și parametrii geometrici/tehnici a electrolizoarelor utilizate la procesarea diferitor tipuri de zer, procedeul dat permite atât electrofracționarea proteinelor serice ale zerului recuperate în concentrate proteice minerale ce le înnobilează, în anumite condiții de tratare, cu anumit conținut proteic, dar și crearea unui ciclu închis de tratare însoțit de izomerizarea lactozei în lactuloză după două mecanisme concomitent. Geometria electrolizoarelor și conținutul lichidului secundar (lichidului anodic) influențează atât recuperarea și formarea compușilor proteici înnobilați cu alfa-lactalbumine, cât și formarea unui complex între calciu și lactuloza izomerizată.

The article deals with the complexity of the workflow used when integrated circuits are implemented using 2D electronic design automation (EDA) tools and adapting the workflow for 3D integrated circuits. If some issues are not identified promptly in the workflow, the working time to produce an integrated circuit is increased. By analyzing and refining workflow, identifying bottlenecks and early problems in a design, the optimization process will ensure an error-minimized trajectory from synthesis to final design prepared for manufacturing. Considering all the details at every stage of the working flow will help the backend designer to solve problems faster and save time. It was created detailed scripts for automatization of the process at every stage including floorplan, power plan, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing and all physical and logical analysis. The workflow was optimized using loops at all levels, extracting important information at every level and improving the process of working. Moreover, optimization techniques contribute significantly to precision and quality in design implementation. This working flow can be used to implement 3D integrated circuits with automated 2D tools from Synopsis.; Articolul tratează complexitatea procedurii de lucru utilizata atunci când circuitele integrate sunt implementate folosind instrumente electronic design automation (EDA) 2D si adaptarea procedurii de lucru pentru circuitele integrate 3D. Dacă unele probleme nu sunt identificate prompt în fluxul de lucru, timpul de lucru pentru producerea unui circuit integrat este crescut. Prin analiza și rafinarea fluxului de lucru, identificarea blocajelor și a problemelor timpurii dintr-un proiect, procesul de optimizare va asigura o traiectorie minimizată de erori de la sinteză până la proiectarea finală pregătită pentru fabricație. Luarea în considerare a tuturor detaliilor în fiecare etapă a fluxului de lucru va ajuta designerul backend să rezolve problema mai rapid și să economisească timp. S -au creat scripturi detaliate pentru automatizarea procesului în fiecare etapă, inclusiv florplanul, power planul, plasarea, clock tree synthesis, rutarea și toate analizele fizice și logice. Fluxul de lucru a fost optimizat folosind bucle la toate nivelurile, extragând informații importante la fiecare nivel și îmbunătățind procesul de lucru. Mai mult, tehnicile de optimizare contribuie semnificativ la precizie și calitate în implementarea proiectării unui circuit. Acest flux de lucru poate fi folosit pentru a implementa circuite integrate 3D cu instrumente automate 2D de la Synopsis.
