Colorant roşu natural pentru utilizare în industria alimentară la fabricarea produselor solide şi lichide cu valoarea pH-ului mai mică de 4. Redă produselor alimentare o culoare roşie aprinsă. Se păstrează în stare lichidă concentrată la temperatura 20-25oC şi umiditatea relativă a aerului până la 80%, timp de 2 ani.; Red natural colorant for usage in food industry in manufacturing of solid and liquid products with pH value less than 4. Gives the food products a bright red colour. Can be kept in concentrated liquid status for 2 years at the temperature of 20-25oC degrees and relative air humidity up to 80%.
