Анализ свойств текстильных материалов для военной формы ŞVEŢ, Elena Целью данной работы является изучение и сравнительный анализ технических и эксплуатационных свойств камуфлированных тканей для военной формы. Работа состоит из трех глав и заключения. В первой главе данной работы рассматриваются требования и характеристика ассортимента камуфлированных текстильных материалов применяемых для военной формы. Во второй части работы рассмотрены виды и краткая характеристика военной формы одежды военнослужащих Национальной армии и учреждений Министерства обороны и требования Министерства обороны Республики Молдова к текстильным материалам для одежды военных которые выдвигаются при закупке текстильных материалов. Так же, во второй главе описаны методы исследования текстильных материалов для военной формы в Аккредитованной лаборатории ИАЦ «Pielart-Airin» SRL. В третьей главе приведены результаты испытаний камуфляжных тканей для военной формы, отличающихся по волокнистому составу, типу переплетения и стране производителя. Определены и проанализированы показатели качества тканей которые характеризуют защитные, гигиенические, технологические и эксплуатационные свойства. На основе анализа результатов проведенных испытаний тканей для военной формы и опросе экспертов были выявлены наиболее весомые показатели качества на которые нужно ориентироваться при выборе тканей для военной формы. Работа изложена на 57 страницах, включает 7 таблиц и 45 рисунков. В рамках исследования были использованы 35 библиографических источников. Приложения представлены на 15 страницах.; Scopul acestei lucrări este studiul și analiza comparativă a proprietăților materialelor textile – țesături cu desen tip ”camuflaj” pentru uniforme militare. Lucrarea este structurată în trei capitol și concluzii. Primul capitol al acestei lucrări conține prezentarea cerințelor către materialele textile pentru uniforma militară și caracteristica gamei de materiale textile tip camuflaj, utilizate pentru vestimentația destinaytă militarilor. Al doilea capitol al lucrării include caracteriastica materialelor textile studiate și a metodelor utilizate în acest scop. Materialele au fost testate și analizate în cadrul Laboratorului acreditat al IAC „Pielart-Airin” SRL. De asemenea s-a prezentat scurta caracteristica a tipurilor de formă militară a contingentului militar al R. Moldova. În capitolul trei s-au prezentat rezultatele testării și analizei meterialelor textile de tip camuflaj, incluse in studiu, care se deosebesc după componența fibroasă, tipul legăturii și țara producătoare. Au fost determinați și analizați indicatorii de calitate care caracterizează proprietățile funcționale, igienice, tehnologice și de protecție. În baza analizei rezultatelor testării țesăturilor pentru uniforme militare și sondajului de opinie a unui grup de experți au fost ideentificați cei mai semnificativi indicatori care trebuie luați în considerare la alegerea materialelor textile pentru uniforme militare. Lucrarea este prezentată pe 57 pagini, conține 7 tabele și 45 de figuri. Pentru a elabora lucrarea au fost consultate 35 de surse bibliografice. Anexele sunt prezentate pe 15 pagini.; The aim of this paper is the study and comparative analysis of the properties of textile materials - fabrics with “camouflage” type design for military uniforms. The paper is structured in three chapters and conclusions. The first chapter of this paper contains the presentation of the requirements and characteristics of the range of camouflage textile materials used for military uniforms. The second chapter of the paper includes the characteristics of the studied textile materials and the methods used for this purpose. The materials were tested and analyzed within the Accredited Laboratory of IAC "Pielart-Airin" SRL. The short characteristic of the types of military form of the military contingent of the Republic of Moldova was also presented. Chapter three presented the results of testing and analysis of camouflage textile materials, included in the study, which differ according to the fibrous composition, the type of bond and the country of production. The quality indicators that characterize the functional, hygienic, technological and protective properties were determined and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the results of the testing of fabrics for military uniforms and the opinion poll of a group of experts, the most significant indicators to be considered when choosing textiles for military uniforms were identified. The work is presented on 57 pages, contains 7 tables and 45 figures. In order to elaborate the paper, 35 bibliographic sources were consulted. The annexes are presented on 15 pages. Objectives of the thesis: • Analysis of the aesthetic, constructive and technological particularities needed in clothing products intended for children with gastrostomy. • Establish the particular functions and specific requirements imposed on clothing products for children with gastrostomy. • Analysis and selection of textile materials. • Elaboration of the proposal models and the adapted functional-constructive elements. Novelty and originality of the thesis: consists in the elaboration of a business plan that includes the elaboration of functional clothing products adapted for young and pre-school children with gastrostomy. These systems contain products adapted to the needs and are customized by the placement of the tube hole in imposed areas that are covered with different constructive-functional elements. Also, the garment products are provided with several additional locking systems on the shoulder line or on the symmetry line of the back to facilitate the dressing-undressing of the product. The constructive-functional elements that cover the orifice for the tube are permanently assembled with the product or assembled with caps or Velcro tape, these can be additional elements, flywheels, pockets - imitation of landmarks applied. Theoretical significance of the thesis: highlights the methodology of improving the quality of life of children with special needs and presenting an opportunity for business development. Studiul rezistenţei îmbinărilor prin termolipire ale elementelor de produs TROCIN, Oxana Teza de master a avut ca obiectiv principal optimizarea proceselor de termolipire și termotransfer în vederea obținerii cu minimum de încercări și maximum de precizie, unui înalt grad de aderență după spălare a termotransferelor aplicate pe produsele de îmbrăcăminte. Acest proces fiind influențat de diferiți factori controlați: temperatura, presiunea, timpul și compoziția fibroasă a materialului textil. Abordarea acestei teme reiese din faptul că pentru produsele de îmbrăcăminte destinate sportului de performanță, care sunt complexe datorită prelucrărilor tehnologice, a îmbinărilor de materiale textile diversificate, reperelor componente și ale elementelor informative și decorative aplicate prin termolipire și termotransfer, asigurarea calității și aspectului exterior pe toată perioada de exploatere a acestor produse este importantă. Pentru optimizarea procesului de termotransfer s-au ales 2 metode de planificare a experienței: Plan de experiențe factorial fracționat Taguchi – bazat pe ideea că unele combinații posibile ale factorilor încercați aduc mai multe informații eficiente, astfel reușindu-se reducerea considerabilă a numărului de experimente efectuate. Plan de experiențe central compus rotabil care permite găsirea condițiilor optime de acționare într-un timp scurt și cu cheltuieli materiale mai reduse decât pe calea cercetărilor de laborator, astfel obținând produse de calitate cu costuri minime. În urma interpretării rezultatelor obținute prin aplicarea celor două metode luate în studiu s-a constatat că timpul de presare a termotransferului are cel mai mare efect asupra aderenței acestuia de materialul textil după spălare, iar la stabilirea parametrilor tehnologici acesta este cel mai important factor ce trebuie luat în considerare. Lucrarea conține 81 pagini, 26 figuri, 20 tabele și 17 surse bibliografice.; The master's thesis had as main objective the optimization of the processes of thermolipation and thermotransfer in order to obtain with minimum tests and maximum precision, a high degree of adhesion after washing the thermotransfer applied on clothing products. This process is influenced by different controlled factors: temperature, pressure, time and fibrous composition of the textile material. We have chosen this subject because clothing items dedicated to sports are complex due to the technological processing, the combination of diversified textiles, the component parts as well as the informative and decorative elements which are applied through heat sealing and thermal transfer; therefore, assurance and quality and the external appearance during the entire period these clothing items are being exploited is important. In order to optimize the thermotransfer process, 2 methods of experience planning have been chosen: Taguchi fractional experience plan - is based on the idea that some possible combinations of the factors tested bring more efficient information, thus reducing the number of experiments carried out considerably. Rotary compound central experience plan - allows to find the optimum operating conditions in a short time and with lower material costs than in the laboratory research, thus obtaining quality products with minimum costs. Following the interpretation of the results of the two methods taken in the study, it was found that the pressing time of the thermotransfer has the greatest effect on its adhesion of the textile material after washing, and in establishing the technological parameters this is the most important factor to be considered. Studii privind optimizarea calcului normei de consum a materiei prime pentru confecţionarea produselor vestimentare la SRL „Uniform” MOISEENCO, Iana Lucrarea începe cu o scurtă prezentare a produselor vestimentare, cerințelor impuse îmbrăcămintei, descrierea materiei prime și a materialelor auxiliare. Analiza literaturii în domeniu indică faptul că produsele de îmbrăcăminte trebuie să răspundă la un complex de cerinţe de calitate exprimate de către utilizatori. Capitolul doi prezintă descrierea întreprinderii cu logotipul Montura. Toate sortimentele sunt concepute pentru a rezista la rupere și uzură, adaptate ergonomic la corp, confort ridicat și confecționate din țesături noi ale firmelor Polartec® și GORE-TEX. Dezvoltarea viitoare a industriei confecților este dependentă de elaborarea şi proiectarea produselor, în domeniul căreia s-au înregistrat în ultimii ani schimbări ce vizează transformarea activităţii de proiectare într-un proces dirijat de calculator. În final se prezintă calculul normei de consum a materiei în CSM ‟Uniform„ SRL care se elaborează cu OptiTex Marker care se poate utiliza atunci când modelul este gata și este nevoie de generat machete cu încadrări în timp ce se taiei materialul rezidual la minimum. Această lucrare propune analiza factorilor care influențează consumul de materie primă, și propuneri privind îmbunătățirea consumului de material.; The work begins with a brief presentation of clothing products, clothing requirements, description of raw materials and auxiliary materials. The analysis of the literature in the field indicates that the clothing products must meet a complex of quality requirements expressed by the users. Chapter two presents the description of the company with the Montura logo. All assortments are designed to withstand tearing and wear, ergonomically adapted to the body, high comfort and made of new fabrics from Polartec® and GORE-TEX. The future development of the garment industry is dependent on the elaboration and design of the products, in the field of which there have been changes in recent years aimed at transforming the design activity into a computer-driven process. Finally, we present the calculation of the material consumption norm in CSM 'Uniform „SRL, which is elaborated with OptiTex Marker, which can be used when the model is ready and it is necessary to generate models with frames while cutting the residual material to a minimum. This paper proposes the analysis of the factors that influence the consumption of raw materials, and proposals on improving the consumption of material.
