Elaborarea strategiei de dezvoltare a întreprinderii NEGUŢA, Mirela Scopul și obiectivele tezei constituie analiza strategiilor și indicatorilor economico-financiari a întreprinderii, cât și elaborarea strategiei de dezvoltare a întreprinderii date, care se caracterizează prin determinarea rolului strategiilor la nivel micro și macroeconomic; abordări teoretice privind conceptul de strategie; caracteristicile și componentele strategiei; etapele de elaborare a strategiei; analiza sectorială a comerțului în Republica Moldova; prezentarea activității întreprinderii expuse pentru analiza situației financiare; examinarea patrimoniului întreprinderii; analiza indicatorilor economico-financiari a întreprinderii; analiza strategiilor și politicilor actuale de dezvoltare a întreprinderii; definirea strategiei de dezvoltare pentru întreprinderea examinată; stabilirea termenelor și resurselor necesare pentru implementarea strategiei; argumentarea managementului riscurilor și estimarea rezultatelor obținute de către întreprinderea dată în urma implementării strategiei propuse.; The purpose and objectives of the thesis are the analysis of strategies and economic-financial indicators of the enterprise, as well as the elaboration of the development strategy of the given enterprise, which is characterized by determining the role of strategies at micro and macroeconomic level; theoretical approaches to the concept of strategy; the characteristics and components of the strategy; the stages of strategy elaboration; sectoral analysis of trade in the Republic of Moldova; presentation of the activity of the exposed enterprise for the analysis of the financial situation; examination of the company's assets; analysis of the economic-financial indicators of the enterprise; analysis of current business development strategies and policies; defining the development strategy for the examined enterprise; establishing the terms and resources necessary for the implementation of the strategy; arguing the risk management and estimating the results obtained by the given enterprise following the implementation of the proposed strategy.
